左转弯是红灯，究竟能不能掉头？交警：再解释最后一遍，记好了
考驾照已经成为了一种风尚，每个人都会业余时间专门练车，短时间内通过相关考试，从而获取驾驶证明。当然，考试的难易程度，不同的人理解不同，以青年人为例，科一，科目的理论性考试，并非难事，而科二，科三却困难重重，心态不好，容易紧张者，一不小心就面临着挂科的可能性，而拿驾照也变得遥遥无期。苦难都是容易克服的，最终都能冲破困难，顺利拿到驾驶证明。
拿到驾照就能顺利上路，不过有一点却是需要面对，道路上出现任何违规，都将被扣分或者罚款等等。正是如此，这才有了“拿驾照的不一定会开车，会开车的不一定拿驾照”。今天咱们就共同来解决一个问题，就是开车遇到左转弯，究竟能不能掉头？
我们开车上路时，往往会遇到各种情况，尤其路过红绿灯路口时，不知道一些符号的真正用意，比如，前方车子遇到红灯突然掉头，算不算违规，为何有的人受到罚款单，有的人却没有呢？对此，交警给出答案，再说最后一次，记好了。
交警表示，安全法律法规明确规定：机动车子路过道路口，没有禁止左转弯标志的，就可以直接掉头，但前提是不妨碍行人前行，不造成交通安全隐患。假如，某些路口有明显的标志箭头，那么就只能按照箭头方向转移，切不可耍一些小聪明，出现违规情况。综上所述，汽车能否左转，重要的是车主们要分清楚指示灯，或者相关标志，转弯的同时注意道路交通安全，不然出现事故，转弯车辆要付有一定法律责任。
还有一点，交警提示，现今道路上有很多双黄线，且是虚线，遇到这种情况你就可以直接掉头，不用跟着红绿指示灯前行，从条条框框的道路交通规则中，我们可以明确发现，很多规则都充满着人性化。而掉头转弯，只要按照道路规则行事，完全不用担心或者扣分，要相信，交警人员，还是十分体贴民意，为车主考虑的。下次，车主们选择掉头，要时刻注意安全规则哦！
