凭借AX7翻身的东风风神自然是了解SUV车型在国内市场的份量，陆续还推出了AX3、AX4、AX5等一众SUV车型，可以说是在5-13万这个区间覆盖的相当彻底，然而AX7的这些兄弟们的表现却不尽如人意。东风风神AX5一个月居然只有几百台的销量，说到底还是与消费者的需求脱节了，在本月初，全新东风风神AX5正式上市，新车更加年轻化的同时，在配置方面也同步升级，满足消费者需求。
外观更加年轻
在以往提到东风风神，设计审美大概只有40岁以上的消费者才会欣赏，然而从去年下半年启动年轻化战略的东风风神，在车辆外观设计风格方面有不小改变。全新东风风神AX5继承了全新一代AX7凌厉的线条设计，使车辆更加年轻时尚的同时整体感也进一步加强。
前中网使用的熏黑设计，尺寸有略微提升，中央装饰的镀铬条相比老款更窄，内部采用麦穗形状装饰，让全新中网显得口径更大。前大灯一改老款圆润的造型，从前往后渐小的设计语言，使用了更多平直的线条令全新AX5的大灯更加凌厉。
全新AX5的车身尺寸为4455x1806x1670mm，轴距为2630mm。高低腰线的布局走势没有改变，但在车门下部设置有黑色饰板，内部使用镀铬装饰点缀，使得全新AX5的侧面没有以往那么单调，五辐式轮毂造型动感，有着不错的视觉效果。
内饰差强人意
内饰方面基本沿用老款风格，功能比较齐全并且还配备有不少储物格，三辐式方向盘两侧设置有多功能按键，但大面积的硬质塑料还是让全新AX5车内质感偏差，整体还是略显老气，与刚改完的时尚年轻外观不太符合。
双炮筒式仪表采用的是机械指针，中央彩色行车电脑能够显示车辆状态信息，8英寸TFT多媒体触控屏采用了悬浮式设计。搭载有斑马系统的车机可实现丰富的人机互动，值得肯定。
全系1.4T配6速双离合
在动力方面，全新AX5共推三款车型，均搭载1.4L涡轮增压发动机，与之匹配的是6速双离合变速箱，这样的组合在8万级别SUV车型中并不多见，还是非常厚道的。
总的来说，全新AX5年轻化的改变值得肯定，全系标配T动力+双离合变速箱组合也让人能够看到东风风神的诚意所在，拥有出色性价比的全新东风风神AX5如果能够把内饰再做得更加完善且有质感的话，潜力不可估量。
