12家跨国车企上半年在华销量榜出炉
日前，12 家跨国车企今年上半年在华销量榜单出炉。其中大众集团凭借近192万辆的销量成绩力压通用成为冠军，通用则以近35万辆的差距排在第二，日系三杰则占据了前五名中的后三个席位。此外，有超过半数车企在华销量均出现了不同程度的跌幅，PSA 的跌幅更是高达 60.6%；相较之下，本田在华销量增幅最高为 22.4%。
马斯克放话要将特斯拉全球总部放在中国
据国外媒体报道，马斯克在与团队沟通时表示，特斯拉未来的全球总部应该放在中国，而特斯拉未来的CEO也应该是中国人，不过这个CEO需要从工程师开始做起。马斯克称，中国已经逐渐成为全球电动车最重要的市场，他希望特斯拉车上有越来越多的中国元素，甚至是一辆看起来完全就很中式的汽车，甚至也不排除这些产品会在中国首发。
一汽丰田第11代卡罗拉正式停止生产，新款8月上市
一汽丰田第11代卡罗拉日期正式停产，最后一台整车驶下生产线后，天津泰达工厂为其举行了停产纪念仪式。据了解，从2014年6月至2019年7月，五年时间内第11代卡罗拉在国内累计生产超过了160万台。而在第11代卡罗拉退出舞台过后，国产第12代卡罗拉也将于今年8月上市，新车先期将推出1.2T和1.8L混动两种动力共计8款车型，预售价12万元起。
投资6亿美元 丰田与滴滴将成立合资公司
7月25日，丰田汽车宣布对网约车平台滴滴投资6亿美元，部分资金将用于双方与广汽丰田共同成立一家合资公司，开展面向网约车司机的车辆相关服务。据悉，新的合资企业将购买丰田汽车并将其租借给网约车司机，丰田经销商则负责汽车维修服务。丰田汽车副社长友山茂树表示，将与滴滴一起开发受中国消费者欢迎且安全安心的移动出行服务。
北汽集团收购戴姆勒5%股权，耗时6年
7月23日，北汽集团正式对外宣布目前持有奔驰品牌母公司戴姆勒集团5%的股份。其实从2013年开始，戴勒姆集团便注资北汽集团旗下香港上市公司北京汽车并持有部分股份及董事会席位，而在经过了整整6年过后，北汽集团终于完成与戴姆勒集团交叉持股，成为戴姆勒集团的第三大股东。
交通部：6岁以下儿童免费政策针对长途客运，公交地铁不适用
7月12日，交通运输部、国家发展改革委联合发布《关于深化道路运输价格改革的意见（征求意见稿）》。该政策在征求意见中受到大家的热烈讨论，人们对儿童年龄确定、免费范围产生了一定疑问。7月23日，交通运输部进一步明确了关于儿童的乘车的优惠政策，6周岁以下儿童免票，6-14岁的执行客票半价优待，但该优惠政策只适用于长途客运和农村客运，不适用于公交、地铁、民航、铁路等交通工具。
