随着时代的进步和科技的发展，人们对于生活品质的提高越来越看重，在以前的人们看来十分奢侈的汽车，现在也已经满大街都是了。而随着汽车的逐渐增多，随之而来的问题也多了起来。不仅定车位紧张，经常堵车，就连事故率也上升了很多。对此，上面在政策上进行了很多的约束，并且以扣分或者罚款的方式存在，一本驾驶证扣满12分就要重新学习了。而很多人并不知道有些违章行为会不会被扣分，下面就来为大家说一下，这几种违章不会扣分，但驾驶证还能“加分”？很多老司机都不知道。
第一个，违章停车，这一点在我们平时的生活之中是最长见到的，因为现在汽车数量大增，导致很多地方都没有停车的地方，很多车主就会找一些不允许停车的地方来停车，这种情况是不会被扣分的，但是要是被发现没有及时驶离的话，罚款是免不了的，所以大家平时在生活中还是尽量的找一些允许停车的地方停车。还有一点要说一下，这种违章停车说的是在市区内，并不是在高速等地。
第二个，占用非机动车道，这一点也是我们平时生活中非常常见的违规行为，因为很多城市经常堵车，大家等的着急，很多车主都会选择占用非机动车道行驶，根据规定，在专用的车道内，只允许规定好的车辆行驶，其他车辆是不能进入的。这种行为不会被扣分，但是被发现也要被罚款的。所以我们平时驾驶的时候还是尽量按照规矩来吧。
第三个，没有携带安全装置，这一点之前有一段时间传的沸沸扬扬，很多人说私家车上不携带灭火器等就要被扣6分，其实是谣言。根据规定，汽车应该带有符合规则的三角警示牌，而中型及以上的载客汽车，还有一些危险品运输车和出租车等等应该要装备灭火器，私家车目前在这方面还没有强制要求。不过要注意的是，在年检的时候还是需要的。所以大家平时最好也在车内配备一个，有备无患。
以上这几种行为并不会扣分，不过驾驶证还能“加分”？这一点应该很多老司机都不知道吧，在我国的有些地方是有这样的奖励的，比如广州的“免分卷”，就是说在一年的时间内通过上交别人的违章行为满5次，就能得到一张热心市民卷。还有一年的时间内没有违规记录，而且之前两面没发生主要责任的大事故，并且E会员驾照状态正常的情况下，还能获得一张类似的卷。
不过需要了解的是，这种“免分卷”还需要答题才能拿到的，每天能答10题，总共有60题，也就是说最多能获得6分，这些分就能消除3分及以下的扣分了。这种“加分”并不是说能将驾驶证的分加到18分，而是在扣分的时候能够加回来。
