国6排放标准是近两年来国内各大卡车生产商及发动机生产商发展的主要目标,而今年要说关注度最高的,应该就是康明斯的国6系统。2019年7月底,福田戴姆勒汽车2019年新品上市发布会在北京举行,本次发布会展示了国6的全新车型。

现在的物流市场都是以高速标载为主,所以本次发布会上的主打车型之一就是一辆名为“快运之星”的欧曼EST牵引车。

EST“快运之星”使用的是欧曼旗下最大尺寸的驾驶室,EST-2490平地板高顶驾驶室。车顶安装了独立空调,也是为长途运输而加装,省去了后期额外加装的费用,降低夏日使用空调的成本。

此款车型命名为穿越版,也就是说既可以在北方行驶又可以在南方行驶。

除了拥有详细定位以外,该车最大的改进部分,就是安装了全新的康明斯发动机。此前欧曼使用的都是基于ISG系列机型上改进的福田康明斯X12发动机,当时国内主要的几家卡车企业都升级到13L 550马力左右的水平,促使欧曼必须推出一款搭载大排量发动机的产品来冲击当前市场。

这次,欧曼EST“快运之星”搭载了一台康明斯X13NS6B560发动机,排量为12.9L,最大功率为560马力,最大扭矩可以达到2600N.m。此款发动机的各方面数据都达到了国内的主流用车标准。大马力发动机纳入配置,助力了当今高时效性物流的运输需求,而且市场上对康明斯发动机的印象都是跑高速十分省油,完全符合该车的定位。

该车发动机的另一大特点就是排放标准直接达到了国6。

在变速箱上面增加了一块黑色的金属挡板,这是此前车型上没有出现过的装置。
自打欧曼EST系列车型推出采埃孚的TraXon AMT手自一体变速箱以来,成为该车的热销配置。该车搭载的是采埃孚的12TX2621TD变速箱,变速箱最大输入扭矩为2600N.m,采用直接挡设计,一共有12个挡位。这款变速箱除了欧曼使用以外,很多国产高端重卡上都有使用,12挡也是国内主流,是目前国内使用最广泛的自动变速箱之一。
当然该变速箱最大的特点还是集成了采埃孚的液力缓速器,在山区路段满载行驶的时候不会给制动系统施加过多的压力。除了液力缓速器以外,康明斯发动机的iBrake压缩制动也可以将发动机转换成空压机提供400马力的制动力,两套缓速系统再结合本身的制动系统效果更好。
以上的配置也赋予了车辆更高的用途,560马力发动机和采埃孚直接挡变速箱既可以在高速公路上标载高速行驶;大马力发动机也赋予了车辆较强的爬坡能力,在山区道路可以穿梭自如。而且车辆的制动系统比较完善,提高了车辆在山区道路的安全性和可靠性,基本上是各种路况都能够胜任。

后桥使用的是13吨级别的469车桥,主减速比为2.714,匹配直接挡变速箱就和超速挡变速箱+3.7主减速比后桥的效果差不多,是目前国内使用最广泛的一套配置。

体现在长途运输上的配置不仅仅是底盘动力方面,在车辆其他配件上针对长途运输也进行了特别的优化。就拿油箱来说,该车采用了双油箱设计,在车架的左侧安装了一个约1000L的大容量双腔油箱,而右侧则是约300L的小尺寸油箱,两个油箱总油量能够达到1300L,长途运输没有任何压力。而且采用双油箱设计也可以兼顾到北方的运输需求,一个油箱加注低标号柴油,另一个油箱加注零号柴油。

右侧小油箱的前半部分安装了该车的后处理系统,双油箱+后处理系统直接占用了车架左右两侧的空间。

由于空间不足,所以很多零部件只能安装在其他地方。尿素壶移到了驾驶室左后方油箱上面,直接固定在后方的工作平台上面。大多数车型的尿素壶都是设计在车架的一侧,为了紧凑排列容量都比较小,而设置在工作平台后面能够扩大尿素箱容量。“快运之星”的尿素箱容量达到了105L,减少了中途加注尿素的次数。

电瓶安装到车架末端中间,而储气瓶则散布在底盘的各个部位,这种底盘布置形式在进口卡车上还是比较常见的。

驾驶室内部采用了平地板设计,提高了车辆驾驶过程中的舒适性,且内饰采用了欧曼EST 2019款的设计,整体来说还是比较舒适。

车顶上的独立空调随车配套,前期改装的空调密封性和美观性要比后期改装的好看不少。就是空调采用了固定式出风道,可调节的风道比较少。

后面的卧铺也进行了加宽拓展式设计,如果能够在前面加装一个防滚架就更好了。

2019款欧曼EST定位十分明确,配置也完全满足车辆的运输情况。而新加入的X13系列发动机,也让欧曼在国内大马力卡车领域更加有竞争力,能够满足高端用户的运输需求。另一方面就是新款发动机的排放直接满足国6标准,不用担心车辆受到排放的影响而无法使用。
目前新款国6的X13发动机在国内还没有实际使用案例,究竟其油耗、动力、可靠性是不是像宣传中的那么优秀?能不能满足用户对该类型车辆的需求?也需等待X13发动机正式投入市场以后,我们才能够知晓。
