随着现在汽车越来越多，交通部门对交通管制也越来越严格了，很多时候都会不小心就违章。这其实是因为以前交通管制没那么严格的时候所养成的一些习惯，导致现在因为习惯性的动作而导致违章，就比如说转弯，以前在十字路口转弯，只要不闯红灯就行了，但是现在如果转弯不规范的话，不仅要罚款，还要扣分。而在前些日子，交通又再次规定，如果在路口转弯出现以下这种情况，直接扣8分并且还要罚款。
扣8分的情况属实比较少见，并且驾驶证只有12分，如果一次扣了8分，就剩下4分了，因此对于这个规定，车主要是必须要了解清楚的，不然这么一个小动作，扣了8分，那可就亏大了。
在路口转弯需要扣分的情况有好几种，第一种是最左转的时候需要转大弯，如果转小弯的话，如今在一些十字路口可是要被拍照的，并且还会扣2分罚款200元。第二种情况便是如果路口的前方有人行道，那么此时即使是绿灯允许掉头，此时一定要跨过去人行道的才进行掉头的动作，如果压着人行道掉头，那么也要被罚款扣分。第三种情况是，无论是左右转弯还是掉头，如果压到了车道分割的实线，也要被罚款扣分。
以上是三种路口转弯会被罚款扣分的情况，但是最多的一种也只是扣3分。那么扣8分的情况是哪一种呢？当一个路口拥有以上三种情况的其中两种的时候，此时的你如果一次性违反了两种行为，那么就是需要扣8分了。意思就是说，当一个路口前方有人行道，但是此时你掉头没有跨过人行道，并且压到车道分割的实线，在这种情况下就是扣8分了，并且需要罚款500元。
因此，在这样的情况下，其实很多车主都会一下就中招两种情况，特别是大多数人在路口掉头或者转弯的时候，没有跨过人行道才进行转弯或者掉头的动作，并且也因为这样，可能后轮压到了实线，这样就要被扣8分。因为，如果你跨过了人行道再进行掉头和转弯，那么肯定不会压到实线的。所以，当路口有人行道的时候，千万就要注意了，不要再像之前一样掉头转弯了。
