【东风汽车报北京讯】（特约记者 徐刚 通讯员 赵敬超） 天安门广场，五星红旗迎风飘扬，一台崭新的“变形金刚”像忠诚的卫士，静静地守候在华灯旁。日前，北京市城市照明管理中心正在对长安街253座华灯、6000多盏光源进行全面“体检”，其搭载东风新天龙底盘的第五代华灯车也正式投入使用。
经过十多天的运行使用，北京市城市照明管理中心对新一代华灯车非常满意。新华社、中国日报、北京日报的自媒体等纷纷跟踪报道。
华灯车，是为天安门照明设施正常运行提供专业点检维修的专业车辆，全国仅此一辆。从建国至今，华灯车已历经五代，前四代均采用进口底盘，刚刚投入的第五代则是东风新天龙底盘，配装徐州海伦哲上装打造而成。它的迭代，代表着该类别专用车的方向，体现了客户更专业更高层次的需求。
2018年下半年，北京市城市照明管理中心向总应标单位徐州海伦哲公司提出了包括华灯车国产化、车辆综合性能全面升级、提前开发等要求。考虑到东风商用车强大的专用底盘研发实力、行业价值标杆的绝对优势，以及新一代天龙、天锦优异性能，海伦哲决定采用东风商用车底盘。2018年9月28日，在徐州海伦哲、东风商用车共同召开的国六暨新能源商品战略研讨会上，海伦哲代表客户向东风商用车提出了具体开发要求：第五代华灯车“必须代表中国特色，代表中国技术水准，必须排除万难全力保证进度”。
东风商用车高度重视、快速应对，仅3个月就试制出一台新天龙样车供海伦哲配装、进行公告准备；2019年3月，华灯车专用底盘正式定型交付；7月，经整车改装、精心调试，海伦哲将首台满足京六环保要求的第五代华灯车，正式交付北京市城市照明管理中心。
新一代华灯车，全部自主研发设计，零部件、元器件完全实现国产化，集定位、规划路线、状态监测、故障报警、数据分析等功能于一身，在智能、安全、环保、人性化等方面进行了23项优化提升。除了过硬的上装改装技术外，该车的成功还得益于东风新天龙底盘在经济性、舒适性、安全性、可靠性、轻量化、环保性、智能化、全覆盖等方面的领先新优势。
此次东风新天龙华灯车的联合开发成功，体现了东风商用车充分重视每一个专用车细分市场的精神。据统计，截至目前，东风商用车国六专用商品已研发投入上百个车型，完成了4大行业50余个细分市场的导入。（来源：东风汽车报）
