故障现象
难启动，加速无力。最高速度不超过60KM.
故障分析
（1）燃油泵压力及油路故障
（2）发动机电控系统及ECU
（3）正时错误及气缸压力不足
（4）进排气系统故障
（5）机械故障《离合器打滑或曲位、凸轮轴信号盘…》
（6）点火系统及燃油喷射系统
故障诊断
故障排查:首先启动车辆，发现仪表不报故障灯，路试加速很吃力，而且车速超不过60码，但离合器感觉不到打滑现象。拆下发动机气门室罩盖检查正时链条无松旷跳齿，正时正常，气缸压力也正常。接下来检查油泵压力（280kpα)及喷油嘴无发现异常。
曲位传感器供电及信号电压，打铁都没问题，启动时发动转速表也有300转的动作，从而说明ECU、
曲位及线路都完好，排查陷入僵局，这时候客户反馈了一个问题，该车前几天在外地因为发动机突然漏机油换了发动机曲轴后油封，由于当时赶间就没注意此故障的存在开车就走了，在行驶过程中才发现车辆跑不起来，怀疑应该不是什么大的问题回家再检修。
听到客户的叙述，几乎可以确定了故障点（曲位信号盘）拆下变速箱及离合器的同时也发现了故障点，曲轴和飞轮之间的定位销不见了，由于没有定位销装配人员可能是经验不足或是学徒的不重视，定位孔没对齐装错了一个丝距的位置，这款车在飞轮没有定位销的情况下，由于装配丝距都是相同的，所以可以任意安装。当然装在飞轮上曲位信号齿的缺口对应的位置也发生了改变，曲位检测曲轴转角度的信号也是错误的，ECU根据收到的信号是推迟点火从而造成了点火延迟，发动机功率下降，加速无力。
