随着私家车的普及，路上的司机是越来越多，然而有些司机经验欠缺，常常一不小心就收到罚款扣分的短信，让他们苦恼不已。虽说咱们的《道路交通安全管理条例》中对违法的驾驶行为规定的很清楚，但由于写得太专业，一大部分司机根本没看过。今天就将常见的44种交通违章行为罗列如下，其中包含私家车、营运车辆、摩托车和行人等，可谓非常齐全，只要牢记这些你就可以和99%的违章罚款说拜拜喽！
首先是机动车交通违法行为，闯红灯直接扣6分并罚款200元；在高速路上逆行是大忌，要扣12分并罚款200元；而普通道路上的逆行也要扣3分并罚款200元；在城市禁鸣区鸣号则不扣分，但要罚款50元。
城市道路中违法停车也是罚单的一大来源，在有禁停标志的地方停车则直接扣3分罚100元；没有禁停标志的地方则罚50元，不扣分；而在高速路上非法停车也是非常严重的违法行为，对非营运车辆，扣6分罚款200元；对于营运车辆要求则极为苛刻，一旦发现在高速路上停车，扣12分罚款200元。
十字路口的交通探头除了拍你是否闯红灯以外，还要拍你是否按规定车道行驶。如果没有按车道导向行驶，则会面临扣2分罚款100 的处罚。而如果没有礼让斑马线上的行人，则会面临扣3分罚款50元的处罚。
对于酒驾的危害大家都很清楚，目前的处罚力度也非常强，一旦发现酒驾基本都是扣12分或吊销驾照，所以大家千万不要以身试法！
在路上我们经常见到不悬挂号牌的机动车在行驶，其实这是非常无知的行为，因为一旦被交警抓获，统统都是扣12分的处罚。而对于伪造、涂改、遮蔽号牌等行为，也会导致非常严重的处罚。
对于货车司机，主要集中在货车超载，超宽和超长都会被处罚。
骑摩托也会导致罚款扣分，类似轻便摩托车载人、不戴头盔等行为都会被处罚。
当然非机动车作为上路行驶的车辆之一，也在管理条例的管辖之中，日常的无牌行驶、逆行等行为都会被处以20元的罚款。
而对相对弱势的行人，翻越护栏、不走斑马线、闯红灯等也收到警察叔叔的罚单。怎么样，不论你是行人、非机动车驾驶员、机动车驾驶员甚至是货车司机，只要记住这44条，并牢记，扣分罚款再也不会来打扰你！
