近日，相信有不少网友都看到了类似“工信部表示将禁售燃油车，设立针对燃油车的禁行区”的类似消息，燃油车要被全面封杀，并逐渐退出历史舞台了吗？您先别慌，我们来看看国家工业和信息化部装备工业司是如何回复的？
在名为《对十三届全国人大二次会议第7936号建议的答复》的公示文件中，工信部表示：
关于制定燃油汽车退出时间表，我部正会同发展改革委等相关部门，结合技术发展进程及产业发展实际，对禁售传统燃油汽车等有关问题进行研究，全面科学对比分析传统燃油汽车与新能源汽车在技术成本、节能减排、市场需求等各方面的潜力和作用。从我国地域广阔、发展不均衡的国情出发，组织开展深入细致的综合分析研判，因地制宜、分类施策，支持有条件的地方和领域开展城市公交出租先行替代、设立燃油汽车禁行区等试点，在取得成功的基础上，统筹研究制定燃油汽车退出时间表。
根据国家权威回复可以看出，关于“设立燃油汽车禁行区试点、制定燃油汽车退出时间表”确实已经展开讨论，但具体实施仍有较长的路要走。这主要是因为我国国土广阔，自然环境复杂、发展不均衡，政策制定很难“一刀切”，而且国家有关部门及专家也会针对新能源汽车及燃油汽车进行研究、分析，针对有条件开展试点的地区，从城市公交车辆开始进行替换，试点成功后，才会正式开始筹备燃油汽车退出市场的相关工作。同时，工信部也表示在扶持性能源汽车发展的同时，我国也会高度重视节能汽车的发展。
也就是说，虽然燃油汽车逐渐退出历史舞台已经基本确定，但这个时间节点的到来并不会非常快，在此之前，至少还需要经过一系列的调查、分析，前期将会从城市公交系统开始，并设立试点。只有在新能源汽车的使用性能、成本能够代替燃油汽车时，这一天或许才会真的到来。
从各地区实际落实情况来看，海南已经宣布将于2030年禁售燃油汽车，是目前国内各省份中唯一明确了全面禁售燃油汽车时间的。但是海南与其他各省份又有不同，海南作为一个岛屿，面积相对有限，对车辆的续航里程要求不高，这就使得燃油汽车和电动汽车在这里的使用差别不大。同时，海南将旅游作为支柱产业，对环保的高要求也利于保护旅游资源。总得来说，虽然海南已经在全国率先明确禁售燃油汽车的时间，但全国其它省份与海南有有着明显的不同，相信各地燃油汽车禁售时间的确定还是会结合百姓用车的实际，不会操之过急。
