工信部明确回复计划禁燃，燃油车禁行试点安排上了
8月20日，工信部官网公开的一则回复再次将“禁燃”两个字拉入我们的视线。在该回复中，工信部明确表示，相关部门正在对禁售传统燃油汽车等问题进行研究，并且支持有条件的地方和领域设立燃油汽车禁行区等试点。
其实关于“禁燃”，工信部副部长辛国斌最早在2017年就曾透露过，工信部已经启动了燃油车退出时间表的研究，不过后面没有了后续。而时隔两年后，工信部再次对“禁燃”问题给出了明确的正面回应，并且是首次以书面形式进行了官方正式的信息公开，这似乎意味着“禁燃”已经被提上了日程。
央视曝光瓜子二手车交易内幕，“货不对板”
8月20日上午，央视财经新闻报道了多起关于瓜子二手车消费者维权的事件，指出瓜子二手车259项检测形同虚设，泡水车被评“车况正常”，多名消费者遭受损失。
在被央视点名后，瓜子二手车在网上引起了网友们的热烈吐槽，而在问题曝光及舆论压力下，瓜子二手车随后发布了一份情况说明。对销售车辆货不对版等问题作出了回应，并提出了包括确保24小时响应，力争3日内100%解决用户合理诉求在内的五大整改措施。但最终落实情况会如何，还有待市场考验。
特斯拉在华上半年销量暴涨138.7%，单挑三大造车新势力
日前，有数据显示，特斯拉在中国的销量正在迅速增长，今年上半年特斯拉在华零售销量达到25207辆，同比增长138.7%，成功跻身2019年1-6月纯电动市场排名TOP 10厂商第六位。而从数据来看，特斯拉上半年的销售量几乎与蔚来、威马、小鹏三家造车新势力加起来的销量持平。
此前，中国的新能源车企曾表示并没有特斯拉入华放在心上，但随着特斯拉上海超级工厂离建成投产的日子越来越近，不知道它们现在还能不能说出这样的“狠话”。
全球范围裁员1200人，蔚来还有没有未来？
近日，蔚来创始人李斌发内部邮件称，为了控制支出，聚焦核心业务，九月底前将在全球范围内减少1200个工作岗位，调整后蔚来人员规模大概在7500人左右。
李斌承认，造智能电动汽车是真的很难，从今年开始，蔚来将真正进入资格赛阶段，不会有速胜，不会有奇迹。不过他还表示，尽管面临诸多困难，但他比任何时候都更有信心。但从裁员人数来看，蔚来面临的困境似乎远比外界想象的还要大。
16岁以上未成年人可单独乘车，滴滴新规开始试行！
8月22日，滴滴宣布正式实施未成年人乘车新规。此前，18岁以下未成年人，如果没有成年人陪同，不能通过滴滴网约车平台叫车。在此次新规中，滴滴适度放开了对未成年乘客的限制，16到18岁的未成年人如果完成实名认证，将被允许独自约车出行，不过16岁以下的未成年人，仍不能单独乘车。此外，这部分未成年人在乘车前必须设置紧急联系人，滴滴平台将通过“未成年人保护计划”对其进行特殊保护。
共享汽车“立刻出行”押金难退？广州办公地人去楼空
日前，有网友向媒体反映，许多用户在注册“立刻出行”共享租车App后，在退还押金这一环节遇到了难题，等待数月迟迟未收到应退还的499元的用车押金，而且客服电话也一直未能接通。
截至目前，在某投诉平台上，关于立刻出行App的投诉量已经超过5000条，其中大部分投诉均涉及押金退还难题。随后有媒体进行实地调查发现，该公司在广州的办公地点已经人去楼空，外墙上的招牌也被取下，并且在广州已经基本找不到立刻出行的车辆。而一旦立刻出行无法在短时间内解决押金难退的问题，恐怕将面临被淘汰出局的危险情况。
