白实线是不可以随意变更车道的，压白线变更车道就会按违法压线进行处理，大部分就是罚款200扣3分，如果压线变道发生事故，一般都是压线变道的负主要责任。
压实线变道属于违反道路交通安全法规的行为，根据道路交通安全法第九十条规定：机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。而在实际当中给出的处罚一般是扣三分以及罚款200元。
有时候也会有突发情况，比如前方车辆打开双闪灯无法行驶，造成了后方拥堵的情况，长时间无法把车辆挪走的话，我们可以在确保安全的前提下，进行跨越白实线变道行驶。大部分情况下会有交警在现场指挥的，按交警指示行驶就可。如果没有交警叔叔在现场指挥，被道路违章监控拍摄到并收到处罚的话，我们可以通过行政复议来消除。
建议车主装上行车记录仪，如果发生以上的情况，而需要行政复议的话娿，我们可以提供行车记录仪作为有效证据，来进行消除违章。
什么情况下压实线不会被处罚
前方有突然情况：
如果前方路段发生了交通事故或者自然灾害，会造成道路无法通行，长时间无法解决导致后方车辆需要压线绕行通过，这时候是不会作为交通违法来处理的。
现场有交警叔叔进行指挥：
根据《道路交通安全法》规定，遇到交通信号灯错乱，有交通警察现场指挥时，应当按照交通警察的指挥通行。这时候压线绕行通过的话，是不会作为交通违法来处理的。
给执行任务的特种车辆让行：
如果因给有任务在身的消防车、医护车等特种车辆让道而出现闯红灯、压实线等交通违规行为，是不会作为交通违法来处理的。如果被电子警察拍摄到而受到处罚通知可以进行行政复议，来申请撤销处罚。
遇到了特殊情况之外，我们开车是不可以有跨越白线超车、倒车、掉头等危险行为，不然被电子警察拍到的话，200元和3分就没有了，如果扣完12分的话，就要重考科目一了，会带来不必要的麻烦。
