随着新开学季的临近，
哈尔滨市区早晚交通高峰，
在经历了一个相对平稳的“假期”交通后，
将再次迎来早晚送学流的双重叠加影响，
以及校门前停车对周边区域交通的进一步压力。

哈尔滨市交警部门将开启护学季交通安全管理模式，针对市区内各工程占道施工压力和交通流新变化，实时强化重要点位警力部署，加强巡控式纠违排障，并持续加大对校车等重点车辆的日常临检和违法打击。
哈尔滨市交警部门提示：
随着新学季的开始，早晚送学流将与早晚高峰流叠加，高峰时间也将会相应延长，加之重点校园门前停车对周边区域交通的影响，以及地铁施工、乐松桥施工等工程对通行所带来的长期影响，广大市民应及时调整好日常出行计划，重新规划自身出行路线及时间。

此外，一年级新生的家长们则应提前熟悉送学路径，并在日后逐步摸索适合自己的行车路线和送学时间，以免延误出行。
交警部门预计，下列路段早晚高峰期间交通流量将较大，易出现车行不畅：其中，友谊路、哈药路、上海街、中二环西线、东线（南直路、东直路）、和平路、哈平路，以及南直公滨路口、南直电碳路口等区域因地铁等工程施工原因，不仅交通量大，且在瓶颈、封道路段易出现车流堆积，建议尽量提前绕行施工路段。
中山路、安发桥、文昌桥、新阳路、文昌街（从征仪路到黄河路）、一曼街（从红军街到南通大街）、海城街辅路（从铁路街到满洲里街）、和兴路（从康安路到三大动力路），以及东、西大直街等路段，则会因交通流量增大呈现常态化的较大通行压力，建议上班族尽量选择错峰出行，以提高自身的出行效率。
电子眼将抓拍违停乱象，
“即停即走”保障门前秩序
新的开学季，哈尔滨市交警部门将一如既往强化警力部署，严管校园门前及周边的动静态交通秩序。

针对送学车多排停放、斜停，人行道上、斑马线上、公交站台处等禁停区域的违停行为，交警部门将依法从严取缔。对于因违停严重影响沿线及区域通行的，对无主驾驶人，执勤民警还将利用锁车器、拖车等设施进行依法查处。除现场处罚外，交警部门也将继续利用校园门前专门设立的或路口周边、路段沿线的高清摄像头对各类机动车违停行为进行全时段抓拍。
交警部门提示广大家长，停车时应严格按照标志、标线在准许停车的路段、停车场，或交警部门划定的临时停车区域规范停车，并鼓励尽量选择远端停车，以有效缓解区域停车和通行压力。

开学期间出行及停车提示：
一、自行驾车送学的，应提前熟悉校园周边道路环境，注意寻找外围停车泊位，避免开学后因学校周边停车泊位紧张，出现因违法停车影响交通的状况。
二、接送学生车辆应按照停车指示牌规定停放车辆，杜绝违标、违线、超时停放，以及不靠边停车、双排停车等影响道路通行的交通违法行为。
三、上下学期间，校园周边交通流量大，接送学生的车辆不要随意停靠，做到即停即走，并服从现场交警的指挥，确保安全后让学生从右侧车门下车，避免发生交通事故。

四、学校、家长应对学生进行交通安全教育，督促其走斑马线、过街天桥等过街设施，切勿发生闯红灯、与车辆争抢、车行道玩耍等情况。
五、为学生选乘送子车的，应乘坐正规送子车公司或校车，不要乘坐“黑校车”，特别是农村地区，切勿乘坐超载车、货车、拖拉机、三轮车及改装车、拼装车等存在严重
六、社会车辆行径校园周边时，应做到减速慢行，注意避让。尤其针对中小学生体型小的特点，注意车辆左右、后方等盲区和“鬼探头”，防止发生交通事故。
