据公开数据显示，今年1-7月国内乘用车累计销量达1144.0万辆，同比下降8.8%。市场下行，各汽车品牌的竞争也愈加激烈。在这其中，合资品牌长安福特正经历着背水一战的压力。
曾经在2016年，长安福特年销量接近百万，但后续几年却急剧收缩，陷入被动。几经内外管理革新，如今长安福特迎来新的产品投放及品牌营销节奏，力图找回状态。但在今年的市场环境中，逆势上涨似乎并不容易。
据长安汽车公告显示，长安福特今年1-7月累计销量为93233辆，同比下降62.95%。
长安福特全国销售服务机构总裁杨嵩近日在谈到销量表现时提到，“7月份零售比6月份下降，这个很正常。但是7月份的批发量创造今年单月批发量的新高，这一点是没有几个企业在今年能做到的。“
在当前的环境中提振销量，提升经销商的信心和经营状况无疑至关重要。对此，杨嵩表示：“我觉得经过过去几个月的努力，经销商对我们的信心和信任从临界崩溃点实现了转好的势头，这也是我们对于未来充满信心的一个原因。”
另据杨嵩介绍，目前长安福特目前约有570多家4S店，目前正在不断持续优化经销商网络。毕竟之前这个网络规模是按照年销100万台来布局的。
福特Escape
在产品层面，此前长安福特陆续推出了全新金牛座、福特锐界ST/ST-Line、福克斯Active版车型，在智能科技配置方面有所提升，但客观来说，这几款车型并不是真正的换代车款。
福特新一代探险者
对此，杨嵩表示：“接下来要有多款换代级别的车型推出，比如年内要上市的Escape和新一代探险者。”
与此同时，长安福特的新产品也将更加强调“操控”基因。杨嵩表示：“我觉得福特每一款车跟同级别的车比，你会发现都在操控性能上有优势，这一直是福特的基因。也是为什么我们要把性能、操控和驾驶乐趣作为福特品牌的标签。”
在“福特中国2.0”转型规划中，福特计划未来3年内在中国推出超过30款新车型，产品涵盖福特和林肯两大品牌，其中超过10款为新能源车型，并加大在自动驾驶方面的研发力度。
并且福特宣布至2019年底，所有在华销售的福特和林肯品牌新车型将实现100%的车辆联网；同时从2019年开始，大部分在华销售的新车型将搭载Co-Pilot360™智行驾驶辅助系统，进一步提升产品力。
最后，杨嵩强调，销量目标不是必达的，维护经销商体系稳定才是关键目标。
