汽车出故障很正常，但出了故障后是否能修好才是关键，故障现象越明显，故障越严重，越容易修好。比如打不着火了，故障现象很明显，原因也就那么几种，电路、油路、信号，用排除法就能够轻松找到故障。但有的故障就不是这么简单，原因非常多，甚至无法维修，真的另维修大师傅都很头疼，大约有这么几种。
1.偶发性故障。不管什么故障，只要是偶发的且没有规律的，都是很难修的。故障出现了，还没到修理厂，又正常了。不管曾经发生过多大故障，只要到了维修厂没有故障现象了，那么就不容易检查出来，因为测量和检查肯定都是一切正常。除非特别明显的电子元器件坏了，会存有明显的故障码，否则数据流一切正常，是无法准确查明故障的，只能靠猜。机械方面的故障那就更无从查找了，也不会有故障码。
如果车有偶发性故障，车主最好能够总结一下故障出现的规律，在什么情况下出现。比如有的车只有早上第一次不好打火，之后一天都是好的。比如在特定的时速下故障灯会亮，会有异响，大约多久会出现一次等等。早上才有的故障可以前一天晚上把车放到维修厂，第二天再让维修人员检测。不一定什么时候才能出现的故障只能多试车，直到故障出现。有的故障虽然出现了，但是只有短短几秒钟时间，这种是最难的，因为时间太短了，数据还没看完就正常了。
2.发动机抖动。特别是不是一直抖动，过一会抖一下过一会抖一下这种情况，是不容易维修的。既没有故障灯亮，发动机的各项数据指标也都正常，如果要维修，也是只能靠猜测，做各种项目也不一定能修好。如果出现了这种情况，建议首先更换燃油，最好换一下汽油品牌。即使车辆一直抖动，特别是老车，也是不容易维修的，或者说维修的成本非常高。所以很多老车都是不维修的，怠速抖的严重，至少跑起来后就好多了，凑合开。
3.车内异响。不只是车内异响，大多数异响都比较难查，查异响是维修技师最不愿干的工作，很浪费时间又赚不到钱。但车内异响是最不好修的，尤其是中控台内部响，因为看不见摸不着，就算听到里面有响声，也不知道是哪里响。车内异响一般是卡扣松动，或者因为共振而引起的，可以自己拍打几下，可能就不响了，甚至有的异响过几天自己就好了。基本没有必要大拆去解决，因为即使拆开了，也同样不知道是哪里响的，白花冤枉钱。
4.油耗变大。有很多人到维修厂就是修油耗变大了的，以前开车8个油，现在怎么要10个油了，也没有故障灯亮，开起来也没有异常。这种也很难维修，因为可能车子根本就没有故障。一般检测车辆没有故障码，数据流一切正常，就说明车本身没有问题。影响油耗的因素很多，驾驶习惯、行驶路况、胎压、车辆载重，都是影响油耗比较大的因素。
5.出了大事故后引起的操控性下降。有的车出了大事故，虽然修好了，但开起来总感觉有点异常，与事故之前不一样。比如感觉转弯后方向自动回正不太灵敏、方向也变沉了、转向指向性也不好了，高速车辆抖动严重等等，总之就是感觉开起来不舒服。这有两种原因，一是心里因素，二是确实车有问题，但也不太容易修好。如果车身有扭曲，某个拉杆有少许变形，虽然通过调整定位也是正确的，但操控性的确会变得没有原来好，但也无法查找是哪里的问题，所以就无法维修。
