开车是一个花钱的事儿，特别是现在4s各种汽车相关产业数量不断增多，更是加大了开车的投入。单是选择自动挡还是手动挡这两者就是很让车主为难的了，毕竟两者各有所长，很多老司机都是偏爱手动挡的驾驶体验，手动挡可以最大的体现出驾驶员的技术的好坏，然而自动挡就是很多新手车主偏爱的了，这是因为自动挡车型对于车主来说是非常友好的，然而自动挡的车在驾驶的时候仍然是需要注意很多事项的，这样才能避免对汽车的损伤。开自动挡汽车“给油就走”？老司机：不注意这些细节，很伤车！
一、自动挡汽车别猛踩加速踏板
虽然自动挡车操作较为简单，但也要遵循一些规则。首先，在启动发动机前要拉好驻车制动器，将变速杆放在P位或N位上，踏下制动踏板才能启动发动机，否则是打不着车的。
在怠速状态下，把变速杆从P位移动到D位上，然后松开驻车制动器和制动踏板，缓慢起步，最后再踏下加速踏板进行加速。
行驶中，如果非紧急超车等情况，尽量不要将加速踏板迅速踩到底，因为这样做自动变速器会进行“强制降挡”，即自动变速器立即强制换入低速挡，容易使发动机转速过高，造成自动变速器中摩擦片磨损加刷和自动变速器润滑油油温过高。
更为重要的是，虽然发动机转速较高，但由于自动挡的动力传递方式不同于手动挡，相比于手动挡车，自动挡车对加速踏板的加速反应有“迟滞”现象，它不会马上就向前蹿去，而且越是猛踩加速踏板，这个退滞现象越明显。因此，驾驶自动挡更需要柔和操作，猛踩加速踏板不仅不会得到猛加速的效果，反而会增加燃油消耗。
二、自动挡汽车千万别空滑行
对于装有自动变速器的汽车，千万不可使用N位滑行。
如果驾驶人在行驶状态时（如D位），立即换入N位，这时变速器由工作状态变为停止状态，齿轮组停止转动，机油泵停止供润滑油。因为自动变速器内的润滑是由发动机带动的机油泵泵油润滑的，当车速很高、发动机转速很低的时候，变速器内齿轮的润滑就不够，温度不断升高，不仅会影响其使用寿命，而且还会造成高速旋转的齿轮因得不到充分润滑而烧蚀，从而损坏自动变速器。
三、自动挡汽车挂倒挡一定要在停稳后
驾驶手动挡汽车时，如果想挂倒挡，不必等车停稳后即可先挂倒挡，然后直接抬离合器踏板就可让汽车倒行。然而，驾驶自动挡车时却不可这样，自动挡车在需要倒车时，一定要在汽车完全停稳后再将变速杄移至R位，否则会损坏自动变速器中的换挡执行元件或停车锁止机构。
如果是在平坦的路面上倒车，松开制动踏板和驻车制动器后，以发动机的怠速缓慢倒车即可，无须踩加速踏板。如果倒车时要越过台阶或其他障碍物，应缓慢踩加速踏板，并在越过障碍物后及时制动。
四、自动挡汽车的三种危险操作
驾驶自动挡车虽然方便，但也不能随心所欲，也要注意方式方法，弄不好也会损坏车辆或出现意外。
（1）空挡滑行。
这样做不仅不省油，而且很容易易损坏自动变速器，因为这时自动变速器处于无润滑油的状态，很容易烧坏报废。
（2）停车等绿灯时不踩制动踏板。
等绿灯时若挡位在D位或N位上，如果忘记踩制动踏板或拉驻车制动器，很容易造成追尾前车或溜车。
（3）鲁莽拖车。
自动变速汽车出现故障需要送往维修厂维修时，拖车操作最好将驱动轮抬起再拖动，否则会损坏变速器。如果做不到则一定要注意拖车的速度不应太快，不应超过5千米小时，而且拖车的距离也不宜太长，最好在20千米以内。
