外观方面，新车采用了比亚迪Dragon Face家族式设计语言，使新车具有很高的辨识度。细节方面，其前脸采用了大尺寸前格栅设计，搭配左右两侧狭长的大灯组，让新车看上去攻击性极强。同时，其前脸下方略带铲型的前包围设计，也在一定程度上增加了该车运动感。

此外，该车的插电混动（DM版）和纯电动版本外观方面与燃油版差别不大，其中DM版车型将燃油版格栅内部装饰改为双横幅样式；EV500车型在前脸部分进行调整，包括前进气格栅样式由横条幅式改为横竖条交错的格子设计。

动力方面，秦Pro燃油版搭载1.5L/1.5T发动机，最大功率分别为109马力和154马力，传动方面将分别匹配5速手动或6速双离合变速箱。

DM插电混动版搭载由1.5T发动机+电机组成的第三代DM双模插电混动系统，其中发动机最大功率153马力，峰值扭矩为240牛·米，电机最大功率149马力，峰值扭矩为250牛·米，系统综合最大功率295马力，综合峰值扭矩为417牛·米，0-100km/h加速时间仅需5.9秒。此外，DM车型纯电动续航里程为80km。

EV500车型将搭载一台最大功率为163马力的驱动电机（电机型号为BYD-2015TZ-XS-D），同时新车配备了三元锂动力电池组。续航方面，秦EV500的工信部综合工况续航里程为420km。在快充模式下，秦Pro EV500仅需30分钟即可将电量充至80%。

侧面来看，其线条设计也十分大气，腰线从前翼子板一直延伸到尾部，在C柱部位的上扬式设计增添了一份肌肉感。同时，新车在前翼子板部位还设计有一个装饰件，使其不过于单调。此外，新车还配备了双色轮圈设计，增分不少。尾部方面，其采用了当下较为流行的贯穿式尾灯，预计点亮后视觉效果突出。同时梯形的牌照架区域，也适当的增强了尾部层次感。

车身尺寸方面，燃油版车型的长宽高分别为4765/1837/1500mm，轴距为2718mm。

内饰来看，比亚迪秦Pro依旧采用简洁的设计思路，仪表盘采用独立液晶显示屏设计，配合中控可旋转大屏，拥有较强的科技感，简约的内饰风格搭配木纹饰板装饰，有效提升质感。在挡杆周围则集中了传统的物理按键，数量不多而且布局也很清晰。
