十次事故九次快，因超速导致的交通事故很多，但有些车主还是会在不经意间就超了速。
车主蒋某驾驶一辆黄色轿车在变道超车时发生失误，连撞多辆汽车。经交警确认，该事故是由蒋某变道超车时未能控制好车速造成，承担全部责任。
那么，超速到底是如何判定的？今天，小保就来给大家介绍一下超速的相关问题。
超速扣分罚款一览表
（以上为全国大部分地区现行的处罚标准，部分地区存在差异）
2.不扣分、不罚款的三种情况
1、驾驶机动车在限速低于60公里/小时的公路上，超过规定时速50%以下；
2、驾驶机动车（除客货车、校车、危险品运输车以外），超过规定车速10%以下；
3、驾驶机动车在高速公路上行驶低于规定时速20%以下的；
例如：在最低限速80的高速上，只要车速不低于64，就不会处罚！
以上三种情况，可能会收到“0记分、0罚款”的罚单，此类罚单也需要去交警队进行处理。

3.有关超速常见的四大疑问
1.提前刹车了，为什么还被拍到超速呢？
可能遇到了区间测速！
区间测速是指：在同一路段设置两个监控点（距离为a），测量车辆通过这两个监控点的时间b，用距离a／时间b，得出车辆在该路段上的平均行驶速度c。用平均速度c与该路段上的限速标准d做对比，如果c大于d，就判定为超速。
2.时速表显示超速了，却没收到罚单？
时速表的速度值，比实际速度高！
出于安全考虑，汽车时速表在设计时会比实际速度偏高2-5%。即使时速表提示超速，但超出的数值不大的话，实际车速可能并没有达到限速标准，因此也不会收到罚单。
3.有人超速20%扣6分，有人超速40%却没事？
每条道路的超速标准不一样！
例如在限速低于60的公路上， 超速40%也不会扣分。但如果在限速120的高速公路上，超过20%就会被扣6分。
4.没有限速牌，却收到了超速违章罚单？
没限速标识不代表不限速，这两种情况需注意！
(1)没有中心线间隔的道路，城市道路最高限速30；乡道县道最高限速40；
(2)机动车在行驶中遇雾、雨、雪、沙尘、冰雹等恶劣天气，能见度在50米以内时，最高行驶速度不得超过每小时30公里。
