当你发现你的汽车开着开着油耗开始逐渐上升的时候，也许不是汽车真的出现了大问题。而是随着行驶里程的增加，你的汽车的一些配件需要做一些汽车保养或者更换了。这些因素有时甚至增加超过30%的油耗，所以还请大家谨慎对待。
1.胎压不足
保持正常的胎压水平也是降低油耗的一个好办法。如果轮胎气压不足，滚动阻力会大大增加。根据测试，胎压比规定值低2psi（压力单位：磅／平方英尺），油耗会增加1％。而轮胎偏移或磨损过度也可能使油耗增加。所以需要定期的检查轮胎胎压、轮胎是否跑偏和磨损异常。
2. 不定期保养发动机
发动机点火系统不正常对油耗的影响也很大，如点火时间不准确、高压线漏电、火花塞积炭造成点火弱等都会使发动机燃烧效率降低、油耗增加。还有就是发动机的保养，据统计，保养不佳的发动机油耗增加10％或20％是很正常的，而空气滤清器过脏，也可能导致油耗增加10％。为了保持汽车的最佳性能，建议最好每行驶5000公里更换一次机油，并检查过滤器。
3.蓄电池
蓄电池是油老虎，大家一定都没想到吧。其实电路和油路关非常系密。当蓄电池使用时间达到2-3年，便会产生亏电现象，从而导致启动电压不足，马达带动引擎比较无力，火花塞无法跳出强而有力的火花，从而使点火能量变低，油耗会因此飙升。
4. 积碳
积碳过多主要是因为使用了质量不好的机油和不良的驾驶习惯造成的。对于对汽车有一定了解的朋友都知道进气道的管壁的表面是非常平滑，这样能减小进气阻力，但这并不代表进气道内不会产生积碳，对于直喷发动机还好，如果是进气道喷射的发动机在冷启动时，喷射的燃油会优先被进气道内的积碳吸收并不会全部进入发动机内，当然这些燃油会在发动机热车后被释放加浓混合气，但并不给发动机带来更多的动力。进气道积碳不但会影响进气阻力，还会在冷车时吸附燃油使进入缸内的混合气变稀，造成二次点火，可见他也是增加油耗的主要原因之一
5.氧传感器
使用时间长了之后，氧传感器容易出现硅中毒，一旦发生，电子燃油喷射系统的电脑就不能得到排气管中氧浓度的信息，发动机内的混合气浓度往往会偏高，油耗同样会增加。同时在电力不足的情况下，氧传感器和喷油嘴同样无法正常工作，混合气偏浓，油耗便上去了。氧传感器通常在8-11万公里时就需要更换。
6.低挡高速，不良的驾驶习惯
低挡高速行驶，这种不良的驾驶习惯多发生在初学驾驶者身上，也常发生在驾汽车易走神的车友身上。有人测试过，如果3挡长距离高速行车，比4挡正常行驶车辆油耗要增加10％，而如果用2挡代替3挡行车，油耗还会增加。还有一种情况是不必要的高速行驶，任何一款汽车都有经济时速，在这个速度行驶时最省油，低于这个速度或高于这个速度油耗就会上升，再超过一定的速度后，油耗会大幅度上升。
7.错误驾驶 多耗2至3倍油
不正确的驾驶习惯对油耗的影响最大，在驾驶过程中，特别是在交通不畅、等红灯、变换车道时，急加速、急刹车的问题最为常见。专家们曾做过加速行驶油耗试验，让车辆匀速行驶进入测试路段后，汽车试车员将油门踩到底行驶，完成规定距离的行驶后发现，油耗比匀速行驶增加了2至3倍。汽车车辆长时间在低挡位的状态行驶，必然增加油耗。
8.汽车车载过重
有的车主会将后备厢当成了仓库，不管有用没用的东西一股脑地塞在后备厢内，增加了汽车自重和载重，殊不知，汽车车重与油耗的关系成正比，据说汽车车重每下降10％，油耗也会相应下降若干个百分点。
提示各位车主：如果平常多注意自己的驾车、用车习惯，保养到位那么让油耗下降到最合理的范围并不是一个难题。
