前言：了解汽车知识，让每一位车主维修保养不花冤枉钱。
车辆信息：2005年的2.0排量日产蓝鸟，行驶31万多公里。
车辆故障：发动机无法启动。
胖哥接到客户电话说：车子放了一晚就无法启动，拧钥匙只听见起动机转的飞起，但发动机没有一点点启动迹象。然后胖哥火速救援，将车辆拖回了修理厂。
14年车龄，每次过来都是常规保养，这次终于可以修理修理了。
这是胖哥见过车况成色最好的蓝鸟了。
想当年都是大老板座驾，座椅开门自动可调，卫星电话等高端配置。车子虽老，挂档顿挫很小。
检查步骤：
钥匙拧到2档，胖哥仔细听了好几遍，都没有听到油泵工作的“滋滋”声。初步判断是油泵故障或保险丝，继电器、线路接触不良等故障。经检保险丝、继电器一切正常。但从继电器至油泵的线路还需要检查。
开始拆软乎乎真皮大沙发。
蓝鸟的油泵位于后排座椅靠背下方。
找到油泵，拆下上面的盖子。
拔下油泵插头线。
我们在油泵线路上连接一个小灯泡。
然后，钥匙拧到2档，灯泡点亮。说明线路无故障，问题还是油泵故障。
用专用工具拆油泵上面的塑料大螺丝盖。
在拆之前，先把上面的尘土简单清洗一下，以免掉入油箱里面。
开始拔油泵。
这款油泵分为两部分和现在的大部分车辆不一样。
油位浮子，油位报警灯是通过汽油通断来实现。
这油泵壶设计真奇葩，咋看都像夜壶一样。
打开发现，油泵是斜着安装，汽油滤网贴在下面。
我滴乖乖，不知道咋形容了。
多少年的积累，看看这滤网的重要性。
壶里面也一样很脏。

新买的油泵。
胖哥发现新买的油泵滤网和原车弯度不一样装不上去，这种滤网是垂直90度直接卡在泵芯底部。
而原车是带有一定弯度的，看来只能清洗一下，继续发挥余热。
洗好之后卡在里面。
洗的还是蛮干净的。
安装步骤胖哥就不在啰嗦了。
装好之后，钥匙多拧2档几次，让油管里面建立油压。开始点火启动3.2.1，一马达就着了。冷车高怠速1300转左右。
胖哥总结：泵芯是可以单独更换的，车辆启动不了先仔细听是不是有油泵工作声。大家不要让一些不良维修方整一些没用的东西，如换火花塞、缸线、清洗节气，又是打吊瓶清理积碳等。
