新能源车仍是纯电动为核心_新能源汽车,能源,电动汽车,新能源,技术,经济,以纯,无人驾驶

新能源车是转型突破的核心方向，要以纯电动为核心，兼容多种技术路线。氢能源技术基础尙不成熟，暂时不是近期的产业发展重点。

近日看了泰达论坛的材料。泰达国际论坛以“全面深化改革开放，发展壮大新动能”为主题，围绕未来政策动向、汽车新四化、深化改革和加强国内外品牌合作、自动驾驶和人工智能等前沿趋势、燃料电池重点难点问题等展开交流探讨。

汽车产业的社会地位重要。衣食住行的最重要的消费升级是出行，也就是购车梦是百姓梦。目前的楼市价格暴涨对车市抑制很大，实现新能源车的发展是中国制造的未来几年高质量发展的重要推动力。

会议上各部委领导的讲话指明行业方向，意义重大。

发改委领导指出：汽车产业加快转型升级，发展长期向好的基本面没有发生变化，仍有较大发展空间和前景。要用改革办法释放汽车活力，促进汽车普及、升级和消费。

我感觉目前中国车市出现一定的暂时调整，但长期向好和短期调整并不矛盾，未来的车市发展潜力仍是要充满信心。这是中国制造2025的产业链升级的重要载体。

财政部领导指出：国家继续支持纯电动为核心的观点不动摇。燃料电池汽车仍处发展初期，我国燃料电池汽车核心技术和零部件技术尚未突破，基础设施建设不足，标准法规缺失等原因，目前尚不具备大规模的推广应用条件。同时，燃料电池汽车和纯电动汽车技术特点不同，有各自适合应用的场景，未来应该是互补、共存，而不是替代的关系。

我感觉目前中国车市出现一定的线路多元化，而其中的补贴差异的影响巨大，补贴过高可能造成虚假繁荣，尤其是核心技术和零部件缺失，小规模的发展的探索意义很好，但产业化需要防止盲目投资的风险。

工信部领导指出：降低资源消耗强度，改善生态环境，明确发展新能源汽车的战略导向，兼容多种技术路线的发展。

我感觉明确新能源车的技术线路，不能总在空白地带探索，需要主力方向努力突破，兼容发展的市场选择很重要。

交通部领导指出：因地制宜开展新能源汽车的推广应用。目前很多国家都提出禁售燃油车的时间表，并逐步推行一些加速淘汰燃油车的举措，这些举措多少带有很强的行政色彩，市场经济条件下更重要的是让各方在合理的经济成本和满足政府执政目标的前提下，有一个合理的政策引导和必要的自由选择权。

政策中的插电混动的定位成为关注重点，这也是因为随着自主品牌的技术提升和产业链能力提升，插混的产品逐步增多，更多自主企业能造插混，是否鼓励插混的发展也是各方关注的重点。未来至少20年的插电混动对燃油车降低油耗的促进是至关重要的，不能因此放弃对传统车的节能的努力。在燃油车未来较长时间与电动车并存的世界趋势下，插混是传统燃油车升级的重要方向， 插电混动是新能源车的重要支柱。

总体看，新能源车发展是中国汽车转型突破的核心方向，要以纯电动为核心，插电混动是与纯电动并重的重要线路。要兼容多种技术路线的发展，而纯电动和插混的核心地位是难以改变的。
