全新别克君越带来的则是不局限于传统的创新。全新别克君越运用了别克家族全新的设计语言的前脸，同时针对车头车尾进行了造型调整，前格栅向两侧进一步延伸，大灯造型更加地细长。连接车标的横贯镀铬装饰加上L型的鹰钩式LED大灯，整体看起来更加年轻运动。
此外新车的前保险杠也经过了重新设计，飘逸的黑色饰条采用了C字形设计，更为年轻时尚。全新君越定位于中型轿车，轴距为2905mm，车身长度超过了5米，给人一种扑面而来的大气感。
内饰方面，全新别克君越中控显示屏搭配机械指针采用了独特的内嵌式设计，两侧为空调出风口， 小巧精致的同时，也突出了科技感。另外，全新君越运用了最新的人体工学座椅设计，在用料上选用了高级麂皮绒面材质进行包裹，使其完美贴合人体曲线，从而增加了舒适感。
动力方面，别克全新君越将换装第八代2.0T可变缸涡轮增压发动机，最大功率为177kW（241Ps），峰值扭矩为350Nm。同时，得益于先进的”变缸技术“，全新君越的发动机可以根据实际驾驶情况在”四缸高性能模式”、”四缸经济模式”和”两缸超经济模式”之间灵活切换，在保证动力性能的同时，将百公里油耗降低至6.9L。
驾驶着别克全新君越，从城市来到安静的城镇，前麦弗逊式独立悬架+后多连杆式独立悬架，调校偏向舒适，在坑洼路面时能够起到了出色的过滤效果，在车内感觉不到多余的颠簸；另外，全新别克君越搭载ANC降噪技术，营造出静谧的驾乘环境，在车内的乘坐极其舒适。
别克全新君越搭载了最新升级的别克eConnect 2.0互联技术，支持OTA远程升级、车载APP互联应用等功能，为用户提供了个性化的人机交互方式、便利的服务功能。
另外，得益于别克推出的”双擎出击”的服务，全新别克君越以及君越Avenir用户均可享受发动机、变速箱等主要零部件8年或16万公里的超长原厂质保服务;同时别克君越用户所享有的”OnStar安吉星车联应用终身免费流量”由原来的每年24G扩容至每年100G。
