奥迪在2018年正式发表旗舰SUV Q8，让他们在SUV的战线更为齐全，而披着流线外观的它，大家更期待Q8的性能实力，今年6月时，奥迪发表了更进阶的SQ8，搭载着48V轻油电系统兼具了节能与性能的表现，现在更要迎来最为狂暴的RS Q8，这次奥迪已经将它的伪装卸除，让大家好好看看这辆旗舰性能SUV。
当市场越来越喜爱性能车款，奥迪的RS军团也渐渐壮大，其中RS Q8更是许多人期待的车型，自先前Audi宣布即将有6辆RS车款陆续发表，RS Q8的讨论度也越来越高，这辆车也在近日显露了他的真面目，蜂巢状的水箱护罩没有了原本Q8的大器感受，取而代之的是性能氛围，同时两侧的进气口也扩大，并且利用许多空力套件来彰显这辆车的运动风格。
整辆车在卸掉伪装之后，有着许多红色的钣件妆点，在车尾两侧巨大的排气尾管显露了这辆车并不好惹，同时利用红色饰条将尾管连接，在中央也利用空力套件将这辆车描绘得更有幸能感受，从照片当中还能看到双前座的RECARO座椅以及防滚笼的搭配，诉说着这辆车将会有着强烈的赛道氛围。
不过关于动力方面始终没有个确定的消息，据传将会在RS Q8上使用保时捷 帕拉梅拉 Turbo S E-Hybrid的动力单元，也有另一派说法是使用兰博基尼 Urus的动力，但不论怎样，都确定这辆车会他载上4.0L V8的引擎，且估计会搭配上轻度油电混合系统，最少会有600hp的最大马力，甚至有人预估会拥有670hp的动力水准，而quattro以及主动悬挂系统肯定都会在这辆车上看到。
目前这辆车已经进入了最后的开发阶段，不过今年6月才刚发表了SQ8，要看到RS Q8正式发表最快要到今年年底才有可能，推测这辆车会在2020年正式上市，不论如何这辆车都将在性能SUV市场当中占有一席之地。届时兰博基尼URUS将迎来劲敌。
