国五国六和年检排放检测问题无疑居今年车主讨论热门话题榜首了。
为保护大气环境，国家频频出招。先是国五排放升级为国六，后又爆出国六实施两年后将全面推广国七，甚至国八也将不期而至。
年检尾气排放等多项指标都空前严格，让车主们如坐针毡，焦虑万分。
你以为这样就完事？排放将继续加严。
国六排放已在大部分地区实施
今年上半年国五国六的问题可谓铺天盖地，7月1日起，国六排放开始在全国大部分地区实施。厂家们也在纷纷打折清国五的库存。
最严年检尾气排放标准出台
2019年车辆年检针对尾气排放出了最严的新规，同时国六标准的实施也让年检的要求更加严苛。
国六标准实施之前车商忙着清仓甩卖，消费者忙着趁机捡漏。现在国六已经在我国许多城市和地区实行，大家忙的不再是买卖，而是年检。
国六排放标准是目前我国最严格的尾气排放标准，与国五相比各项数值几乎都加严了一倍。
同时，年审机构对于机动车的检验方式也有所变化，不仅增加了外观检验、OBD检查、燃油蒸发检测等内容，还增加了检验项目和检验流程，更有进行行驶排放检测等，用以避免再次出现大众排放门之类的排放作弊行为。
排放再加码禁止使用区最严年检排放标准已经让车主们焦头烂额了，但还不够，上海市对控制排放又有”新大招”前几天举行的上海市政府新闻发布会上，上海市生态环境局局长寿子琪表示，由于造成臭氧污染的一大来源是机动车尾气排放，因此将从多方面采取措施，尽可能降低臭氧污染，包括从严在用车排放检测。
数据分析显示，包括家用轿车在内的各类移动源对空气质量的影响占三成左右。因此，治理好移动源污染对改善空气质量很重要。今年，汽柴油车检测新国标实施，进一步加严在用车排放管理。5月1日起，汽柴油车排放检验两项新国标全面实施，在用车排放检验管理要求进一步收严。一是检验方法加严，除四轮驱动等不能进行简易工况法检测的车辆外，原则上都必须采用简易工况法进行检测，并新增了车载诊断系统（OBD）检查的规定；二是排放限值加严，新增了柴油车NOx测试方法和限值要求；三是进一步规范了排放检测的流程、项目和数据记录、保存要求。为配合新标准实施，目前上海市94家机动车社会年检站和5家自检站均已完成了设备升级和检测方法认证，每日验车能力达到6000辆，可满足本市机动车环保检验需求，实现了标准转换的平稳过渡。
为加强用车排放管理，上海市政府于近期印发了《上海市人民政府关于划定高排放非道路移动机械禁止使用区的通告》。
分为两个阶段实施。
第一阶段：2019年10月1日起，外环线以内（含）区域禁止使用国I及以前标准的非道路移动机械，并且排放满足Ⅲ类限值要求；第二阶段：2020年10月1日起，全市范围内禁止使用国I及以前标准的非道路移动机械。也就是说，从今年10月1日起，类似挖掘机、推土机、起重机、牵引车、叉车等非道路移动机械不得进入禁用区内。目前，上海市已有1.8万余台各类机械进行了申报登记，1700余台机械已经领到了“牌照”。对于尚未办理非道路移动机械申报登记和申领“牌照”的企业或车主，必须要在今年9月30日前在“上海市非道路机械管理平台”，或到各区指定办事窗口进行申报登记，并领取识别标志完成“上牌”手续。写在后面
除了对排放制定各种限制之外，国家还通过对小排量、新能源的汽车采取购置税优惠的措施。为刺激车市，推广新能源车，新一轮的“免征购置税”上线了。
8月30日，工信部和国家税务总局联合发布的第二十六批免征车辆购置税新能源汽车车型目录，共有40家车企、80余款车型，将会享受免交购置税的重大利好！
为治理大气环境，国家大刀阔斧采取各种措施，之后在排放方面的工作只会越抓越严，进程也会越来越快，相信不久的将来车辆禁止使用区推广的地区和涉及的车型也越来越多。
