红灯停、绿灯行，但红灯亮了竟然也可以通行？
最近，在成都温江区北街一处红绿灯路口，指示灯旁边赫然挂着一块提示牌：“红灯时允许直行”。这是啥子神操作？
亮红灯却提示直行
有网友将此现象上传网络，并提出疑问，到底能不能走？此处既然设了红绿灯，为什么在红灯亮时也可以直行？
9月10日，记者前往了网友所说的“可以闯红灯的路口”，该红绿灯位于温江区北街与西大街交汇路口。记者发现，南北走向的北街西侧（左侧）与西大街交汇，北街东侧（右侧）没有路，此处属于一个丁字路口。在北街由南向北的车辆，在交汇路口要么直行，要么左转进入西大街。

尽管“红灯亮时允许直行”的提示牌就在指示灯旁边，但当路口亮红灯时，北街左转加直行道的车辆停了下来，而部分在纯直行道的车辆也停了下来，“我一直觉得是可以走的，但每次看到大家都不走我也就不敢走了。”一位等红灯的司机这样说道。
路边一位商铺的老板说，尽管挂了一块“红灯时允许直行”的提示牌，但每天早高峰时间，还是有大批车辆在红灯时没有通行，有的车又直接开了过去，简直看不懂。

红灯亮，到底能不能直行？不少司机拿不定主意，在采访中，有的司机表示没有看到提示牌，有的则称不敢确定，红灯与直行，有些颠覆司机们的常识。
随后，记者联系上了温江区公安分局，温江交警大队相关负责人表示，该路口为连续T型路口，为提高通行效率，按照《道路交通安全法》第三十九条之规定：公安机关交通管理部门根据道路和交通流量的具体情况，可以对机动车非机动车行人采取疏导，限制通行，禁止通行等措施。因此根据该路口的具体交通流量情况，允许红灯亮时，直行车辆在保障过街行人安全情况下通行，目前该交通组织方式正在测试运行中。
那么，既然该处红绿灯只针对左转车辆，对直行车辆并无意义，能否直接以左转箭头为信号，交警部门表示，根据《道路交通信号灯设置与安装规范》GB14886-2016规定：箭头信号灯，仅适用于独立设有左转专用车道和右转专用车道，需全天24小时对左转、直行和右转进行多相位控制的路口同时应设置非机动车信号灯和人行横道信号灯确保方向指示信号灯所指挥的交通流与其他交通流的通行权不冲突，禁止用于两位相控制。
交警提示，交通信号不仅仅只是指示灯，也包括交警现场的指挥和提示牌，希望市民及司机严格按照完善的交通信号通行。
