丰田一直以汽车行业龙头老大的形象出现在世人面前，但是作为整个趋势大环境的交通，小型化轻便代步三轮电动摩托车很有发展前景，所以作为汽车行业的领军品牌也来和这些摩托车厂商竞争一下。
丰田倒三轮i-Road，小巧可爱，全电驱动。
说起这款车，其实早在2014年就已经是概念车了，2016年就应经正式发布，据说当时施瓦辛格还专门试驾了这款车，只不过一直没有引入国内，我想要是可以引进国内的话一定会是爆款吧！对了，这款车来自丰田旗下，命名为TOYOTA i-ROAD，我们一起来看看吧！

新车全长2.35米、宽0.85米，长宽都只有丰田普锐斯的一半左右。是两个前轮1个后轮的三轮车，采用转弯时自动倾斜以保持平衡的技术。i-Road是一款三轮电动车，设计简约时尚。车身主体采用复合材质，顶盖为碳纤维。i-Road纯电动三轮车被丰田称为PMV，是一款零排放的电动小车，竞争对手直指雷诺Twizy电动车。其车身尺寸仅为2350×850×1445mm，比号称全世界最小的汽车smart还小。
内饰部分，由于车内尺寸比较小，所以只设置了双人座椅，还有双幅式设计的方向盘造型简洁又大方。另外车内的电子仪表盘、车身自平衡、蓝牙等功能都很全面，有着不错的实用性。
动力方面，搭载两个锂离子充电电动机，分别为前两个轮子提供动力，最高时速可达45公里/小时。
