一，问：高速公路上ETC车道代表什么意思？
ETC专用车道又称为ETC收费平台，是指我国高速公路联网不停车收费系统，车辆通过路桥收费站不需停车、自动缴纳通行费，实现高速公路通行费非现金便捷支付。
二，问：上高速时没有走ETC通道，下高速时能走ETC通道吗？
1.进入高速的时候，没有ETC通道或走了人工缴费通道，也可以把通行卡抽出交给收费员进行扫卡计费。这样在你出高速的时候，如果有ETC通道，一样可以实现自动缴费。
2.高速公路在领卡缴费通道领卡上路后，按照规定下高速公路也要正常的走人工缴费通道计费缴费。
3.上高速时没有走ETC通道，而下高速时要走ETC通道，则ETC照相机无法识别领卡通道进入高速的车辆牌照信息，不会自动计费扣费和放行，到时候还是要倒车出来走人工缴费通道。
三，问：装了ETC的车子能从普通车道过吗？
只要是ETC车主，建议还是走ETC车道出，最为方便。走人工车道的话，一定要停下车，把卡从OBU设备里取出来，让收费员刷卡，获取出口信息。走人工和ETC混合车道的话，车需要稍停一下，OBU也会响一下，收费员会点击确认，形成完整的通行记录，以免影响下一次走高速的费用。
四，问：ETC下高速未刷卡，怎么办？
如果ETC交易不成功，或下高速没刷卡，要把车靠边抽出卡片给工作人员处理下，千万别直接走掉。ETC没检测到下高速记录，有可能给你算到高速全线路费，下次上高速时会扣费。
五，问：装了ETC的车进入高速却提示非法拆装什么意思？
ETC用户正常进入高速行驶，但提示非法拆装和其它非正常提示信息的一般有如下原因：
1.ETC用户进入收费站前要提前并道，垂直驶入ETC车道，并将车速控制在20km/h以内，否则易造成系统在读取标签过程中出错。
2.电子标签使用不规范也容易造成通行问题。由于个人移动或长时间暴晒造成ETC电子标签脱落、松动，未按规定粘贴在车辆前挡风玻璃处，导致标签失效，将造成系统无法自动抬栏杆。
3.车道系统显示U型及超时车时，将无法自动及刷卡扣除卡内费用，应以现金方式交纳此次通行费用。
六，问：辆过户了，ETC怎么处理？
有以下几种情况和处理方式：
1.如果车辆、车牌都变更过了，那车主首先应该去银行把原先ETC绑定的银行卡办理解除绑定手续，再对车辆重新申请ETC就可以。
2.如果车子换了一辆，牌照没换，那就直接拿ETC设备到办理网点，让银行网点把里面的车牌号码、发动机号码等修改一下，然后再安装上去就可以了。
3.车辆发生过户后原车主想要注销ETC的话，也可以申请注销。
七，问：ETC通行卡不用时可以拔下吗？
可以拔下来。只需要在过高速ETC专用通道之前插上即可。
使用时注意：
1.ETC采用的是车辆与ETC卡和车载电子标签(OBU)绑定的形式，专车专用，即一车一卡一标签，卡内信息必须与电子标签和车辆信息一致。
2.电子标签(OBU)具备防拆卸功能，一经安装，不得擅自拆卸。拆卸后电子标签即刻失效，需到ETC办理地点重新办理和安装。
3.确保ETC卡或关联银行卡余额充足。
4.插好ETC卡，OBU会有绿色指示灯闪烁提示。
八，问：上高速如何避免被“蹭”ETC？
1.我们要经常检查车载OBU（插入ETC的小盒子）设备是否能正常运作，通常ETC卡插入后会听到一声提示声。
2.我们在使用ETC时，尽量慢行，保证ETC设备能顺利感应。
3.也就是最重要的一点，和前后车保持10米以上的车距，避免被蹭ETC。
如果被蹭，只需和收费站工作人员联系，即可由人工通道通过
