1、开车转弯技巧第一点要求转弯时车速要慢，转动方向盘不能过急，以免离心力过大造成汽车侧滑。若汽车发生侧滑时，应立即放松加速踏板，将方向盘转向后轮侧滑的一侧，待车辆恢复正直行驶方向后，再回正方向盘继续行驶。
2、汽车转弯时应尽量避免使用制动器，作为手动挡车开车转弯技巧第二点，千万不要使用紧急制动，很容易发生侧滑或意外事故。
3、开车转弯驾驶员双手不可离开方向盘，以防方向跑偏而发生危险。
4、汽车转弯时，驾驶员应对车轮的行驶轨迹有一个正确估计。要根据地形，充分估计本车的最小转弯半径和内轮差，特别在转急弯时，更应注意外前轮越出路外或碰撞障碍和后内轮掉沟或碰撞障碍。
