导语：为何自己开车明明比较方便，有些司机开车开久了，却容易腰疼呢？
随着社会的进步，马路上的汽车也越来越多，汽车的发明让我们的生活变得更加便捷，乘坐汽车也是一件让人非常享受的事情，不过对于开车的司机来说可就不是那么美好了，很多司机们因为长期坐在车上驾驶很容易腰酸背痛，那滋味光想想就觉得难受，明明舒适方便的出行方式，为何司机开车久了就会腰痛的呢？
其实司机会腰痛主要原因有两个方面，一是汽车本身的问题，二是司机自身的因素。汽车本身的原因就在于一些汽车座椅并不是按照人体结构来设计的，在设计的时候没有考虑到腰部的承受力问题，简单来说就是没有给腰部一个支撑点，所以当司机靠在座椅上的时候，座椅并不能撑起腰部，就会给腰部造成过大的压力，长时间都这样的话，人的腰部就很容易会产生酸痛感。
而另一方面呢，司机在开车的过程中腰部也会受到汽车颠簸产生的力量，以及发动机，发电机产生的震动， 这些也都会通过座椅会传递到人的腰部，当腰部受到越来越多的震动压迫，就会造成脊椎拉伸或者压缩，这个时候就会产生疲倦感。
如果这时候可以起来活动下筋骨，是可以适当缓解下这种疲倦感的，但是很多司机在开车的时候，并不是说想活动就可以活动的，他们有时候需要呆在驾驶位上好几个小时，这也就导致血液循环不畅通，腰痛问题更加严重。有些人可能会说，那他们在开车过程中换下姿势不就好了，这也是活动的一种啊。事实上，如果在开车过程中换姿势的话，姿势不当可能会导致腰部承受的压力更大，这样后果就是腰酸更严重。
