近年来，随着道理交通压力的不断加大，交规也变得越来越复杂了，很多时候开车上路都被搞得一头雾水。相信只要考过科目一的都知道，实线是不能变道的，但是你也别以为虚线就可以随意变道了，做不好照样被罚款扣分，特别需要注意以下3种情况，别再犯错了。
连续变道
我们在变道的时候需要遵守：按顺序依次形式，不得频繁变更机动车道；不得一次连续变更2条以上的机动车道。如果我们只为了自己方便，连续变道，即使是在虚线条件下也是要被罚款扣分的。因为这样的操作，会让周围车辆来不及规避，极有可能造成重大的交通事故。
堵车时强行变道
在上下班路上难免会堵车，但这时候总有些不守规矩的司机，在本来就拥堵的车队中强行变道。我们每每遇到这样的司机，本来就烦躁的心情就变得更烦躁了，但别忘了在堵车情况下强行虚线变道的，交管部门照罚不误。因为有相关规定：机动车遇到前方车辆停车排队等候或者缓慢行驶的情况，不得借道超车或者占用对面车道，不得穿插等候的车辆，否则将处以扣2分罚300的处罚。
变道不打灯或打灯不足3秒
有的司机在变道的时候没有打灯的习惯，一方面是觉得车距安全，车技好，另一方面是因为很多时候只要一打灯，还没准备好变道，后车就开始提速，把你挤出去了。但是要知道，在变道的时候不打灯或打灯不足3秒的话，后车根本就没有足够的准备时间，一旦来不及减速刹车，碰上了就是变道方的责任了。而且，部分地区对机动车不按规定使用转向灯的违法行为，处于罚款100元，记1分的处罚。
总结：以上所说的三种变道行为都很常见，但不少司机都不知道这样做是会被罚款扣分的。尤其在车辆拥堵时，尽量减少频繁变道行为，不仅是为了不罚，更是对自己和他人的人身安全负责！
