而公交车专用车道
在缓解交通高峰时段和突发状况时
起到了至关重要的作用！
然而有不少沈阳车主
竟然都因为公交专用车道
被罚款100元
拥护啥呢？
为了全力保障公交车优先、快速通行
截止目前
沈阳已经设置公交专用车道85条
总计506.4公里
公交专用导向车道交叉口285处
在26处禁止左转路口允许公交车左转
同时加大对违法占用公交车道的整治力度
沈阳公安交警
根据车流量的实际状况和运行规律
将公交专用车道专用时间进行划分
主要分为两个时间段
一种是早6时至21时只允许公交车通行（部分借用公交车道右转车辆除外）；
另一种是早6时至9时、16时至19时只允许公交车通行（部分借用公交车道右转车辆除外），其余时段允许社会车辆占用公交车道进行通行。
同时，在全市部分禁止左转的路口，允许公交车辆左转，最大限度保障公交车辆优先通行。

根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》规定
将被处以100元罚款
有效保障公交车道的专项使用

到底啥情况
可以借用公交车道？
第一点需要明确的就是公交车专用车道的使用时间，公安交警在公交专用道的车道内，用明显的黄色标线进行标注，标注的时间是公交专用时间，其余的时间社会车辆可以占用公交车道进行通行，同时在公交专用道前的交通提示牌上，也可以清楚的看到公交专用时间。
第二点就是关于借用公交车道右转，很多路口设置了公交专用导向车道，但是允许社会车辆借用公交专用导向车道进行右转，广大车主一定要看清标志标线的指示进行通行，如果车道内设有直行右转的指示标线，车主就可以借用进行右转，但是一定要在进入公交车道前白色虚线并入进公交车道，不可提前并道，长时间占用公交专用车道。
