随着人们的生活水平和汽车的价格不断下降，现在路面上的汽车数量开始越来越多，为了维持好秩序，我们的交警朋友们做出了很多努力，比如完善交通法规，提高驾驶证考试的难度，还有就是增加处罚力度。
近期，全国交管部门为了更好地维持路面的秩序，将严格规定以下4类车的上路，并且会有非常严重的处罚措施，司机朋友们一定要注意了。
第一种、摩托车。
虽然现在很多地方都在禁摩，但是很多地方还是可以看到车主骑着它们在路上穿梭，不过这并不意味着摩托车可以随意的驾驶。
除非车主拥有摩托车驾照，不然的话就是无证驾驶，无证驾驶的后果非常严重，扣12本以及扣留车辆并处以一定的罚款。
而且，很多车主们都觉得自己能开小汽车，拥有小汽车的C1驾照，骑摩托车自然不在话下，其实这是不行的，因为摩托车有自己专门的D类驾照。
用C照骑摩托车不仅会扣掉C1驾照的12分，也会被罚款。
第二种、非法改装车辆。
我们国家现在的改装车也越来越多，搜易对于改装车的管理也要严格起来，比如说改造之后前大灯不能超过60瓦，不然不能通过年审，一旦被查出来，直接扣分。
还有很多车主习惯在车子上贴车贴，车贴面积也不能过大，一旦超过规定，扣除12分。
第三种、非法运营车辆。
这种车子分为非法和合法的，合法的运营车辆可以在街上行驶载人载货的，没有任何关系，但是非法的运营车辆，就是我们所说的黑车是不行的，这些车一般都集中在广场，火车站等等地方。

之所以是违法的，也是因为它们没有合法的证明，所以不能够拉人和载货，一旦查出黑车直接扣除12分，而且罚款非常严重，最少得上万元。
第四种、老年代步车。
这种车子和电动车一样，都是没有任何门槛的，不需要上驾照，也不需要上牌照，所以这也成为重点查的对象。
老年代步车在北方地区比较常见。驾驶员大多数都是中老年人，他们没有什么安全意识，所以交通规则也不了解，一旦发生事故，老年人的身体机能性差，根本就无法承受。
