去年我国汽车保有量已突破2亿，给交通运输和环境污染带来重大压力，故此北京、上海和广州等各大城市纷纷出台了相应的限行政策。那么，限行政策的是否能有效缓解交通压力？各大城市的限行方式有何差异？下面，就让小编来为大家科普分析一二！
城市限行卓有成效 但导致拥堵的原因不止一个
由北京、上海、成都的限行情况来看，城市限行从一定的程度上缓解了交通拥堵的情况，但汽车保有量仍在持续上升，给城市限行带来重重考验和阻力。随着时间的推移，原本卓有成效的限行政策似乎变得愈发无力，但实际上限行政策确实在发挥着不可忽视的作用。
造成拥堵的原因除了与汽车基数巨大相关外，还与部分驾驶者较差的交通意识息息相关，最为常见的便是随意加塞和缓慢驾驶。随意加塞必然导致后车急刹，一方面会减低交通的流畅度，另一方面更是提高了事故发生率。而缓慢驾驶通常指部分驾驶者在限速60km/h的城市道路却把车速开到30、40km/h甚至更低，大大降低了车辆总体的道路行驶速度。
我国现在最具代表的限行城市有哪些？
目前，我国常年限行的主要大城市有北京、广州、上海、天津等，其中拿首都北京作为例子，向大家科普下限行的主要实施规定。北京采用车牌尾号限行政策，其中星期一到星期五分别限制车牌尾数为3和8、4和9、5和0、1和6、2和7的车辆出行。
而周六、周日均不实行限行，对于含临时牌、机动车车牌尾号为字母的按0号管理，即此类车在周三受限。除了北京，其他各大城市的限行政策不尽相同，如有朋友在外地出差、旅游，可通过当地电视台、报纸以及公安交警官网等方法经行查询。
除尾号限行外 部分城市对外地车进行限行
限制外地车最具代表性的城市有两个，分别是上海和广州。上海在每日7点至10点、15点至20点部分道路限制外地车牌车辆行驶，此外还对空载的小客车、实习期驾驶员进行限行，但周末以及法定假日除外，上海的限行政策颇为合理和人性化。
广州对外地车的限行来得更加直接，不谈及时间段、不谈及车牌尾号，外地车一律采取“开四停四”的限行政策，也就是说外地车牌在广州只能开四天，而且是连续开四天，接着停开四天，以此循环实施。广州的限行政策让外地牌车主极其无奈，外地车牌网友表示：“我还要这四轮有何用？”
总结：
“没有规矩 不成方圆”，限行作为一种硬性政策，对于缓解城市道路交通压力、缓解城市空气污染以及促进新能源汽车的发展等均发挥一定的作用。但即便实施限行政策，作为驾驶者的我们依然要谨遵交通规则，不然城市道路限行只能是治标不治本的“纸老虎”。
