[懂车帝原创 行业]都说中国汽车市场遭遇了前所未有的寒潮，殊不知这股子寒气儿却在全球蔓延开来。戴姆勒、宝马、奥迪，最近它们成天将“裁员”二字挂在嘴边儿，欲减员增效且欲罢不能，看来裁员潮真的来了！
【戴姆勒】至少裁员1万人，同时裁掉10%管理层
日前外媒报道，戴姆勒发表了一份声明称，未来三年内在全球范围内至少裁员1万人，应对销售疲软的同时，以求平衡投资电动汽车所需要的高额成本。据悉，这1万人占到了戴姆勒全球员工总数的3%左右。
上个月，戴姆勒劳资委员会主席迈克尔·布雷希特（Michael Brecht）在发给员工的内部信中表示，将在全球范围内裁掉1100个管理层，约占管理层总数的10%。“汽车行业正处于历史上最大的转型之中。”戴姆勒官方表示。
戴姆勒的裁员计划，早在今年4月就有了消息。当时有媒体曝出，履新戴姆勒股份公司董事会主席、梅赛德斯-奔驰汽车集团全球总裁的康林松（Ola Källenius）将推进10000人的裁员计划，以寻求达成到2021年节省60亿欧元成本的目标。
的确，电动化的转型需要巨额的投入。根据“雄心2039”计划，到2030年，戴姆勒集团的目标是让电动汽车（包括纯电动汽车和插电式混合动力车）的销量占据集团总销量的一半以上；到2022年，所有的欧洲工厂实现碳中和。为了转型电动化，戴姆勒计划投入100亿欧元。
【宝马】可以不裁员，但要减少奖金支出
另外一边，宝马高层已与劳工部门达成协议，协议规定：在保证不强制裁员的基础上，可以根据公司的利润情况减少奖金发放，新措施将于2020年开始生效。宝马集团董事长奥利弗·齐普策（Oliver Zipse）对此解释说：“我们达成了一个双方都认同的解决方案，这使得我们避免了为降低成本而有可能采取的严厉措施。”
宝马的目的非常明确，其希望在2022年前节省超过120亿欧元的成本，这些节省下来的资金将用作开发新车和相关技术研发，其中电动化的推进是重中之重。
不久前，宝马位于慕尼黑的全新电芯技术中心正式启用，这个项目的计划从2017年就开始了，宝马集团为其投资了2亿欧元。“2008年，我们就开始研究电池。”奥利弗·齐普策表示，“大家今天看到的不是起点，而是通往未来之路的另一个里程碑。”他透露，新电芯技术中心将为宝马集团带来独特的优势，以宝马i3使用的电芯为例，到2030年，宝马将实现电芯能量密度翻番，从而可以提供两倍的续航里程。
【奥迪】裁员9500人，再聘2000名电动化专家代替
除了戴姆勒和宝马，奥迪也不例外，裁员势在必行。近日据外媒报道，奥迪将在本土61000个工作岗位中裁掉9500个。同时，奥迪计划聘用2000名电动汽车方面的专家，以代替裁掉的员工，且优先在内部进行转换，这个计划预计将于2025年完成。
奥迪大幅裁员背后最直接的“导火索”，是员工利用率的不足。据悉，位于德国英戈尔施塔特和内卡苏尔姆两家工厂的61000名员工未能得到充分利用。例如，内卡苏尔姆工厂的年产能为30万辆，但目前的产量却要低得多，电动化转型是主因。

“裁员”二字，看上去是满满的负面含义，但实际上代表了企业调整和转型的积极信号，及时有效的做出改变并尽快完成电动化转型，是戴姆勒、宝马及奥迪现阶段最核心的任务。当然，这期间势必会面临诸多矛盾和不确定性，如何平稳过渡将是对企业底蕴和管理层实力的最好检验。
