增强规则意识 消除安全隐患_交通,高跟鞋,酒,车祸

开车时打电话、刷微博微信，疲劳驾驶、闯红灯、不礼让斑马线行人等不良驾驶行为很容易酿成交通事故，有的甚至车毁人亡，造成不可挽回的损失。12月2日是“全国交通安全日”，让我们一起牢记这些事项，增强规则意识，消除安全隐患。

1. 行车前系好安全带

安全带是驾驶人行车安全的“保障带”，关键时刻能救命。当汽车遇到意外情况紧急刹车时，它可以将驾驶人和乘客束缚在座椅上，避免前冲，从而保护他们免受二次冲撞造成的伤害。

2.开车不宜穿高跟鞋

穿高跟鞋开车，无形中增大了踩制动踏板的力度和角度，很难让脚掌握平衡与踩踏力度，无法顺畅切换油门和刹车，存在十分严重的安全隐患。

3.座位不宜距方向盘过近

这样会使驾驶人手臂和腿过分弯曲，对于操纵的灵活性影响很大，而身体越近，视线和视角也会变得越短窄，影响开车安全。

4.车内音响声音不宜过大

车内过大的音乐声会使人注意力分散，从而出现听觉疲劳，注意力不集中，很容易发生交通事故。

5.开车时不宜打手机

开车打手机会导致驾驶人注意力下降，对路况的紧急情况反应相对较慢。打电话时，驾车不稳定，难以与前方车辆保持安全距离，极易引发车祸。

6.喝酒不开车，开车不喝酒

7.合理使用远光灯

在照明条件较好的城市道路上夜间行车，禁止使用远光灯;遇对面远光灯可切换远、近光灯提醒，并适当减速。

8.经过公交站警惕“鬼探头”

行车时适当拉开与公交站经停公交车的横向距离并减速，防止公交车头突然有行人跑出。

9.礼让斑马线行人

斑马线上经常有行动缓慢的老人、安全意识较差的儿童经过，行车在斑马线前应提前减速、停车让行。
