刹车是驾驶过程中的必要操作，如果还未掌握一定的刹车技巧，停车时由于制动力较大，车很容易发生“点头”和“耸车”等情况，而此时坐在车里面的人也会跟着身体前倾。其实这样的情况不难避免，今天就教给大家一些简单的方法，看看不同情况下如何的刹车技巧。
01停车不要一直踩刹车车辆完全停止前松一次刹车，如果我们踩刹车的目的是停止车辆行驶的话，一直踩着刹车直至车辆停止行驶前，瞬间会产生比较大的冲击。其技巧是在车辆完全停止前松开一次刹车，然后再轻点刹车直至车辆停止行驶。
02跟车注意保持车距跟车时，刹车主要目的是与前车保持安全的距离，也就是通过制动保持与前车基本一致的车速。正确的做法是根据车速，来判断该与前车保持多远的安全距离，这个距离是为了保证前车在出现紧急情况下，你的车进行紧急刹车的预留安全距离。
03弯道刹车需谨慎弯道行车，要遵循入弯前刹车，减速缓慢入弯，之后加速出弯的顺序。但如果来不及减速的话，可根据情况短暂使用刹车。弯路上刹车的同时要打方向，顺着弯路的弧度随时调整车身姿态。不能猛踩刹车，特别是外侧车道的车辆，以免车身失控。
04紧急刹车握紧方向盘当前方道路突然出现障碍物，需要全力刹车时，车辆的重心会猛烈前移，前轮抓地力突然增强，此时ABS介入，所以车辆的转向力度比平时要重一些，双手一定要抓紧方向盘，根据实际情况判断是刹停还是进行避让。在车速降下来后，一定要观察与后车的车距，避免出现我们的车辆刹停了，后面车没刹住，导致自己被追尾这种事故的发生。
另外，由于ABS介入后，刹车踏板会出现有规律的“弹脚”，对于驾驶经验不足的人，会因为紧张而抬起刹车，造成制动力不足，日常提升驾驶经验，才能更冷静的面对突发情况。
05长距离轻刹车
在日常开车的时候，我们应该正确把握前方的道路及交通状况，把视野放远一点，提前采取制动措施，这样能保证制动效果，而且可以减少刹车片的磨损。在长距离刹车时，应该首先松开油门踏板，然后根据距离、车速等进行刹车操作。
06坡路刹车有方法上坡刹车同样要缓踩刹车，要比平路行车更缓一些，但松开刹车踏板的速度要比平路快，这样才能保证车速不会过度下降。手动挡的车型由于车速过快下降，很容易导致挡位不合适的情况，过低的挡位会使车身抖动，因此上坡刹车后要注意及时换挡。
下坡刹车就复杂一些了，不但要用刹车系统，还要利用发动机刹车。下坡时特别是长坡如果长时间使用刹车，容易导致刹车摩擦片过热，致使刹车效能下降。为了防止这一点，手动挡车型采用低挡位下坡是必须的，一般来说采用3挡就可以了。对于自动挡的车，下坡初期不能加油，一定要保持车速缓慢增加，必要时采用点刹车控制一下车速。
07颠簸路面需“点刹”在颠簸路段，脚一定要放在刹车上。如果车速稍微快点，底盘很容易被伤到，因此，速度慢一些是很有必要的。
这种情况下踩刹车，要“点踩”来应对情况复杂的道路。注意踩刹车的力度不要太大，也不要踩死刹车。
