12月10，工业和信息化部联合国家税务局公布了一批被撤销免购置税资格的车型。在这一份名为《免征车辆购置税的新能源汽车车型目录》的车型名单中，有138款新能源车上榜。年底是购车旺季，建议消费者买车时带双慧眼，谨慎购买不能免购置税的新能源车型。
《汽车行业大咖》留意到，这些车型主要是纯电动客车，乘用车为比亚迪秦Pro、荣威eRX5、名爵eMG6、荣威ei6、海马E7、知豆D3、第二代逸动EV、威马EX5 PRO等，数量并不多。
去年工信部就曾提到，将对《免征车辆购置税的新能源汽车车型目录》实施动态管理。未来的一段时间里，如果该新能源车没有产量，将会撤销免征购置税的资格。本次上榜的这138款新能源车因此被业内人士称为“僵尸”新能源车。
大咖走访市场了解到，有些车型是因为切换到国六版本，所以旧款产品已经停产或者产量很小、不能免税。比如荣威、名爵此次有几款车型被撤出免购置税名单。据经销商介绍，它们都是国五版本，国六车型依然可以免购置税。
本次工业部联合国家税务局还发布了《免征车辆购置税的新能源汽车车型目录（第二十八批）》共319款入围。其中纯电动乘用车有东风小康EC36、东风奕炫EV、欧拉R1/R2、威马EX5 400、比亚迪M3、腾势X、菱智M5EV、宝骏E100、逸动E-Life、雷丁i5、野马星歌、上汽荣威Marvel X、哪吒U、国机智骏GC1敏安MX-6、速达SA01等21款。纯电动客车共175款，包括亚星客车、宇通客车、北汽福田、申沃客车、中国重汽、比亚迪、厦门金龙、中通客车、南京金龙等旗下车型。此外，还有9款纯电动货车、75款纯电专用车、20款插电式混合动力汽车以及19款燃料电池汽车。
