工业数字化服务商瑞欧威尔获得首轮融资。
美国当地时间12月12日，瑞欧威尔（陕西）智能科技有限公司宣布获得了美国RealWear公司5000万人民币投资及500余项专利授权，使其基于现有专利技术，独立研发适用于中国市场的软硬件产品，为建设中国本土的工业头戴计算机专利池提供支持。当天，双方正式签署了合资公司成立协议。
RealWear是一家专注于头戴计算机、工业软件、云平台与技术服务的AI人工智能企业，专注于为技术人员设计智能头戴设备，提供数字可视化的物联网解决方案。在帮助企业员工提高工作效率，保障人身安全，降低生产事故的发生概率的同时，提升企业效益并助力企业的数字化转型升级。RealWear迄今总融资额超过1亿美元，投资者包括摩根大通集团（JPMorgan）、博士（Bose Ventures）、高通（Qualcomm Ventures）以及哥伦比亚基金（Columbia Ventures）等。
RealWear头戴计算机在全球拥有包括中国国家电网、高露洁、UROS、壳牌、格芯、空客、大众汽车、丰田、宝马等1300多家企业客户，为全球企业在汽车、电力、石化、制造、航空、运输、消防、医疗等行业领域提供一系列数字化智能解决方案。
例如在汽车行业，其智能解决方案由产品RealWear HMT-1头戴AI计算机搭载Ubimax Frontline软件系统组成。该方案能够帮助企业解决由于高级技工少、运营成本高，产线巡检、维修环节出现故障无法及时发现并解决的问题，帮助企业缩短响应时间并降低成本。可有效应用于汽车4S店维修保养环节、主机厂或生产制造环节、专业人员技能培训环节等，同时解决乘用车、商用车和特种车辆的售后高难度专家检修问题。
使用HMT-1头戴AI计算机，远程专家能以第一视角看到现场人员视角画面，并通过视频、音频、文字、标记和文档共享的方式实时提供反馈和操作指导。产品另具备多用户通话功能，能够支持一对一、多对多、一对多、多对一等音视频通讯场景，即允许经验证的外部专家加入通话，实现远程专家实时指导。据RealWear透露，多家车企使用其汽车行业智能解决方案后平均汽车维修效率提高70%、售后差旅费用减少60%、4S 店车辆维修时间缩短30% 、客户满意度提高25% ，于次年收回成本，第二年起可实现盈利。
瑞欧威尔告诉亿欧汽车，在中国本土市场，其将把握中国企业在数字化转型中对头戴计算机产品的需求，提供适合中国企业的本地化解决方案。据亿欧汽车了解，瑞欧威尔已获得国家电网、中国消防、中石油、中国移动、中国联通等企业在电力、石化、制造、汽车、消防、5G通信等多行业的合作项目。
对于此次深化合作，RealWear公司CEO Andy Lowery表示：“中国即将成为世界第一大经济体，在5G、工业物联网和人工智能等科技领域的投入也是世界领先的。我们希望通过公平开放的投资与合作模式，与中国合资公司实现双赢，将我们的事业推向一个新的高度”。瑞欧威尔董事长辛俊怡同样对中美科创合作充满信心，“我们一直以来，坚持开放创新+自主创新的研发模式。此次与RealWear公司的合作，我相信是中美科创合作的一个典范。”
