在过去，谈到高性能和运动车型，我们往往想到的是轿车，因为轿车重心更低，是个天生运动“健将”。而SUV车型，就要弱势很多。随着时代的转变，似乎大家对性能车的理解也在随之变化，谁说SUV就不能玩性能？兰博基尼Urus的出现很好的说明了一切，性能SUV细分市场的关注度越来越高。就在日前，以运动著称的宝马正式发布了全新X3 M和X4 M。这两款宝马最速中型SUV都有哪些亮点，下面，我们来一起看看。
作为宝马M-Power纯正的性能版车型，X3 M和X4 M这次换代最大亮点在于换装了最新3.0T（代号为S58）直列6缸双涡轮增压发动机，普通版最大功率480马力，峰值扭矩500牛·米，4.2秒即可破百。而雷霆版在性能方面做到了进一步提升，最大功率可达510马力，峰值扭矩600牛·米，零到百公里时间缩短至4.1秒。
单纯讲这些数据，可能大家会觉得有些抽象，我们拿X3 M（X4 M）的最直接对手——AMG GLC 43来比较，就一目了然了。AMG GLC 43同样搭载的是3.0T 6缸发动机，账面数据上，这台3.0T最大功率367马力，峰值扭矩520牛·米，需要4.9秒破百，相比宝马的普通版，也足足慢了0.7秒。
有人会说了，这不到一秒的差距意义不大。我想，这就是普通消费者和追求性能的细分人群之间的差距了。首先我们要知道，要把一台SUV做到5秒内破百，它需要的不仅仅是动力，还有空气动力学等多方面尖端技术支撑，进入5秒内的SUV车型，要让它再快上0.1秒，这都需要工程师付出很多努力。所以，这0.7秒的差距，就是X3 M和X4 M的绝对优势。
有一点值得一说，奔驰还有4.0T 8缸车型可选（AMG GLC 63），这款高性能版本最快可以做到3.8秒破百，此外，8缸发动机和6缸的差距绝不仅仅是这0.3秒。
按照惯例来看，这类中型性能SUV主要走量的还是6缸车型，8缸更多是一种象征，或者说为极少数追求极致的人群准备。在我看来，宝马这步棋走的很聪明，全系直列6缸征战，性能不输对手，在性价比上更胜一筹。别以为买这种车的不在乎性价比，往往在两者差不多的情况下，价格就起到了至关重要的作用。所以，让我们拭目以待吧。据悉，新车将于今年四月在海外投产。
