2月14日，买车网（Buycar.cn）从外媒处获悉，雷诺汽车宣布，公司首席执行官蒂埃里·波洛雷（Thierry Bollore）现在已出任雷诺-日产有限公司董事长。
雷诺在一份声明中表示，“根据规定，统管公司一把手来自雷诺，因此沿袭了这一做法。”与此同时，雷诺称，尽管戈恩已经辞去了雷诺董事长以及CEO等职务，但戈恩还将是雷诺董事会的成员。此外，戈恩还保留雷诺俄罗斯公司Alliance Rostec Auto BV以及巴西公司Renault do Brasil的相关职务。
外媒称，联盟今后的焦点在于日产新董事长的选定工作。雷诺方面要求由董事长让·多米尼克·盛纳德(Jean-Dominique Senard)出任，但日产拟结合外部律师等组成的委员会3月底前汇总的提议进行甄选。
据日媒报道，盛纳德将于2月14日访日，预计会晤日产社长兼首席执行官(CEO)西川广人等。有分析认为，双方将就恢复信任关系展开对话，2家企业的业务整合是否也将成为议题受到关注。
